Broker Contract Terms
- Carrier guarantees they are licensed, bonded and insured for $100,000 or more to transport freight & cargo within the United States of
America. - Carrier assumes all liability for transportation of the above listed freight. - Carrier will contact the customer within 24 hours of
dispatch to notify them of their designation as the Carrier and to relay all contact information. Contact the pick up or drop off location at
least 2 hours before arrival. –
Solstice Worldwide Logistics LLC will not be responsible for any COD payments not collected by Carrier, Solstice Worldwide Logistics
LLC will attempt to collect any uncollected COD and pass collected money to carrier if successful to collect. A deduction of 10% for
administrative fees will be applied in such cases.
- Solstice Worldwide Logistics LLC is not responsible for any TONU. Solstice Worldwide Logistics LLC will attempt to collect a TONU
when one is due and pass all money collected to the Carrier.
- Carrier agrees to email Bills of Lading and invoices to [email protected] for billing purposes. EVERY
PAYMENT IS INITIATED ONCE WE RECEIVE THE POD. (Invoice, BOL & signed rate confirmation)
