LETTER OF INTRODUCTION

This is to introduce Mr/Miss/Mrs RAJI, Mariam Abosede with Matric Number E045630, a
student in Distance Learning Centre, University of Ibadan, Ibadan to you. He /She has been
posted to your school for the 2022/2023 teaching practice/field practicum exercise which will
commence on Mon 13 May, 2024 and end on Friday 21 June, 2024. Kindly accommodate
him/her in your school.
During the exercise, he/she is expected to be in school every day and participate in every
activity in the school.
Any misdemeanour should be reported to whoever comes to supervise or directly to the
Director of the Centre for appropriate sanction.
