1. The Idea Behind the Project:
-Marrakech has a vibrant community with a growing interest in sports, particularly
football. With an increasing demand for organized recreational activities, my project, Camera
Wowo, aims to develop football pitches for hourly rental, combined with a cozy café and an
advanced online reservation system. This initiative addresses the need for high-quality football
facilities, promoting a healthy lifestyle while offering a comfortable social space for players and
visitors. The football pitches will be equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a professional
and enjoyable playing experience. By providing an integrated café, the project not only caters to
players but also to their friends and family, making it a perfect spot for social gatherings and
community events.
2. About the Reservation App:
- The core of the project revolves around an advanced mobile and web-based application
designed to enhance the football experience for all users. This app simplifies the process of
booking football pitches, allowing users to check availability in real-time, make reservations, and

Le Don(Marrakech): Offers a range of recreational activities including football. It has a
strong presence in the local market but does not specialize solely in football, making its
offerings more generalized.
Koora Land(Agadir): A newer entrant in the market, Koora Land provides decent
football facilities and is gradually building its reputation. It does not yet have the
comprehensive services that Camera Wowo will offer, making it a less competitive
option.

Our service will depend on the alternative we choose for implementing the football pitch
facility with a cozy café and online reservation system. The primary service revolves
around offering high-quality football pitches for hourly rental, complemented by a café

Financial information & ROR analysis
Using the IRR function in Excel, we notice thaT 18%>10%, therefore, since the ROR is
higher than the MARR, the extra investment is deemed acceptable.
1. PW and AW analysis:
Using the information above we notice that both PWs and AWs of Alternative 2 is superior to
those of Alternative 1, Therefore we will eliminate the first alternative and keep the second one
since the extra investment is economically justified.
2. Cash flow diagrams
From this we can observe the present worth of the second alternative is superior to the first one.
Similarly, to the annual worth, Alternative 1 got a smaller amount than the second one. Therefore, the
Alternative 2 is indeed the best.
3. B/C analysis:
The incentive future worth values (FW) with 2.16% inflation are greater than the future worth
values without inflation, as can be seen from the data in the table above. This difference is mostly due to
the time value of money decreasing, or the fact that money loses value with time.
We Conclude that with inflation, we gain an additional 126,425.97 MAD for the first option and
an additional 281,839.32 MAD for the second. Regarding the first option, we will invest less with
126,425.97 MAD, and regarding the second, we will invest less with 281,839.32 MAD.
V. Conclusion
Camera Wowo aims to revolutionize recreational sports in Marrakech by offering state-of-the-art
football pitches with a cozy café and advanced online reservations. With a focus on innovation,
customer satisfaction, and community engagement, we are poised to create a vibrant hub for
sports enthusiasts and visitors alike, driving sustainable growth and enhancing Marrakech's
