Why my android radio can not turn on?
friend, pls check if you connect the canbus cable.

Why doesn't GPS work?
A: Please check the following information first,
1. Please check if the GPS antenna is tightened

2. Please enter GPS TEST to check the number of stars searched (it is normal to display more than 3
green stars)
3. Please place the GPS module on the A-pillar of the car
4. Other electronic devices in the car will also interfere with the GPS signal, please turn it off first
Why does the Bluetooth connection fail?
A:Please turn on the phone bluetooth and then search the device name on your phone,
1. Please check if the video input cable is plugged in. The two short blue cables are the receiving
signal of Bluetooth and wifi.
2. Please ignore the connected device on your phone and then reconnect.
3. Please try using another phone to connect.

Why doesn't regular USB work?
A:Our accessories are not included in the original car's USB adapter
Since we already have two USB ports on our machine, we recommend that you use our USB
function,thanks
Only 7 inch android radio with knob does not have these two USB cable.Because it has front USB
socket, and its mainboard can not support rear USB.

（1）How to connect reverse camera?

1. Red cable ① and ⑤ are connected to the backup light "+"
2. black cable ② is connected to the backup light "-"
3.The reversing detection cable ④（Brown color） is connected to the red cable ③ which extending
from the video input cable

When connect to camera, pls cut the cable 3.Reverse , then
connect it to camera.

（2）How to learn steering wheel control
2.1 If the power cable with Canbus box.
Pls ignore the following steps,Steering wheel function was controlled by Canbus

Pls connect canbus cable, so the steering wheel can work.

Pls connect the steering wheel control cable with SWC cable.
2.3 If your car cable don't with canbus
If the Key1, key2 was built-in the socket, you can go to the next step.Otherwise you need to
connect key1 , key2 with your steering wheel control cable.Then go to next step.

（5）Wiring method with Amplifier
A:If you have RCA cable
Pease connect the AMP CTRL（Or AMP） cable and AMP CONT cable of RCA together.The sound will
work well.

B.If you do not have RCA cable
Please find out the AMP CTRL cable and connect it to the ACC cable(Red color), just remove the
plastic without cutting.The sound will work well,

（6）Common Troubleshooting Guide
Fault 1:You can not boot
Cause:The power supply fuse burned
Solution:Replace the same type fuse
Fault 2: can not boot
Reason: Other factors contributing to the microprocessor is not working
Workaround:After 10S,host restarts
Fault 3:After the ignition switch is turned off, the settings
are lost
Reason: replace the battery or fuse
Solution:Re-setting information and save them

Fault 4 : poor income units
Reason: The radio signal is weak
Solution: The car is moved to another location search again
Fault 5: No image
Reason: Other factors contributing to the microprocessor is not working
Workaround: After 10S, host restarts
Fault 6 : driving he process can not view the image
Cause:driving the process is not allowed to view images
Solution:Plug the car to a safe location, pull handbrake.
（7）How to use carplay and android auto
Hi, friend, only P50, P60, P80 P90 and T4 TX have carplay and autoradio function.
T1,T2,T3 and P30, P40,P4X do not have carplay and android auto function.
There are different app in different Platform Radio.
(1)SpeedPlay
Speedplay has carplay and android auto function

Wireless carplay: pls connect bluetooth with your iphone. then go to speedplay, it will go to
carplay interface.
Wired Android auto: pls connect usb cable with your android phone, then enable usb
debugging, and go to speedplay, it will go to android auto interface.
(2)Zlink
Zlink has carplay and android auto function
