how good workplace environment, will always contain the potential hazard, both to the health
or safety of the worker, it can reduce worker productivity.
Workers are the greatest asset of the company. Health workers are well maintained will
support the company's performance, which in turn increases the productivity efficiency and
profitability. Health checks for workers who are held regularly in a certain period will be a
positive first step to achieve that goal.
Prodia Occupational Health Institute (OHI Prodia) is a subsidiary of Prodia Group

checks that we do will be adjusted based on the type of work, working conditions and

6. Results of health checks can be accepted in the form of :
Individual results in the form of medical book report that is acceptable to the
human resources department within 3-5 days after the medical examination done
starting from the last day.
Individual results in soft copy report that is acceptable to the human resources
department within 3 days after the medical examination done starting from the
last day
7. The results will pass through three stages of control :
a. Pre-analysis period
Provide information of: preparation, sampling, procedure time of specimen
collection, and container specimen handling
