Check the delivered pumps without damage during shifitng

and handling.
Check services are coordinated such as Arch.,Elec. and
Civil works to be approved for room that contain Chilled
7
Pumps and Valve accessories before beginning of
Installation.
Check that All Epoxy coating layers to be finished for
concrete pad and floor of Chilled water Pumps room
8
(according to Arch Specs and approval) before beginning in
Installation.
Check Installation & Fixation for pumps and valve (including
9 inertia base and rubber pad) according to approved shop
drawings( Composite drawings).
Check and make sure pipe flexible connection and
10 flange/valve connection are aligned to pump suction and
delivery header line.
Check the pump mounting details on inertia base padstal as
11
per manufacture recommendation / approved MAR.
Check the orientation of the pump termination as per
12
approved shop drawings.
Check the adequate space of pump & valve access for
13 maintenance considered as per site condition and
availability.
Check the installation are coordinate with other service such
14
as electrical,Bms,civil, plumbling etc.
Check that pipes have been tested for leaks. attached
15 separate checklist for all test results before connection and
termination.
16 Check that firmness & tightness of foundation bolts.
Check the pumps ,cabling and termination upto the panel
17 cables, termination connections truncking lines or conduits,
cable trays, are as per approved material and installation.
Check that identification labels are provided for pumps and
18
pipes.
BMS works related to Chilled Pumps according to approved
19
shop drawings&approved material
Electric works related to pump according to approved shop
20
drawings&approved material
21 Test for pump noise and vibration
Testing and Commissioning for Chilled Pumps and Valve (by
22
sub-contractor testing agent)
