and vulnerabilities faced by Filipinos.

Universal and Integrated Social Protection System: This bill aims to
establish a legal framework that recognizes social protection as a basic
right, institutionalizes a social protection floor, establishes
coordination structures, updates social registries, enhances digital
payment platforms, and ensures sustainable financing and
partnerships.
Unified System of Separation, Retirement, and Pension: This bill
seeks to provide a fair and sustainable pension system for uniformed
personnel, addressing issues like automatic indexation, funding
sources, and retirement age.
Disability Support Allowance: This bill proposes to grant cash
subsidies to households with persons with disabilities to help cover
disability-related costs.
Expansion of Unemployment Insurance: This aims to expand the
coverage and benefits of unemployment insurance programs under
the Social Security System (SSS) and Government Service Insurance
System (GSIS).
Evacuation Center Act: This act proposes to establish permanent and
resilient evacuation centers with necessary facilities to avoid using
classrooms during calamities, considering the welfare of vulnerable
groups like children, women, PWDs, and the elderly.
