The Gig: Flipkart Neev SCM Intern
The NEEV SCM Internship Program is designed to groom the young talent hired
across selected Engineering schools for supply chain roles at Flipkart. The
Program is an amalgamation of capability building through intensive, on the job,
impactful assignments to ensure alignment to Flipkart's ways of working.
What this job entails:
This profile is for the Supply Chain arm of Flipkart (which includes roles across
different locations in India with BUs like Fulfillment Center (FC), Mother Hubs
(MH) & City Logistics, Large, Grocery,Jeeves, Line Haul, and Hyperlocal SCM.
The Internship program will be for 5-6 Months and based on the
performance the Interns will be given a Pre Placement Offer for the Assistant
Manager Full Time Role at Flipkart Supply Chain.

Your Responsibilities:
● Supervise & Monitor specific day to day functions end to end
● Manage a team of full time employees and contract workforce
● Work closely with Planning, Finance, HRBP & Facilities teams to ensure
Facility requirements are met
● Ensure Key metrics & targets are met sustainability
● Design / Deploy a fungible and cost-effective supply chain network
● Innovate to improve speed/quality/cost using lean methodology
● Develop & report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), executive
updates & perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA’s)
● Partner in Process Mapping ,Process Modelling & Network Optimization
● Ensure SOP adherence including aspects of Compliance, Safety

Desired Qualifications:
● B.Tech./ B.E Educational Qualification
● Strong Oral & Written communication skills
● Knowledge of Lean / 6 Sigma (Preferred but not mandatory)
● Knowledge on Transport management Systems (Preferred but not
mandatory)
● Flexible on work hours (Rotational Shift Timing)
● High on Mobility, Integrity & Agility
● Strong working knowledge on MS Office or Google Suite
