Process and file Government Mandated Reports
Prepares Government Reports such ER2 for Phil health and R1-A for SSS
Responsible for preparing the summary of remittances for SSS, Philhealth and
Pag-ibig contributions and loan payments.
TIMEKEEPING/PAYROLL
Responsible in Preparation of Payroll instructions for New Hires, Employee Data
Changes, Overtime, Regularization, other Pay Adjustments
Responsible for Checking, Verifying and Encoding of DTR’s
Process summaries of timekeeping records of employees, including leave credits,
holiday pays and other premiums for payroll preparation.
Responds to inquiries from management and employees regarding vacation leave,
overtime, and other related matters
Processing payroll using Integra Payroll System
Ensures payroll data accuracy and performs appropriate corrective actions to resolve
identified inconsistencies, errors or other problems.
EMPLOYEE RELATION
Safeguarding 201 files and updates employee records
Prepares and monitors the manpower headcount and breakdown
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
Handles resignations, conducts exit interviews sees to it that separated employees are
properly cleared of all accountabilities before leaving the company
Answer phone inquiries about job openings
Handle client’s inquiry, coordinate client’s requirement including endorsement of
applicants.
