HOLY ROSARY MONTH OCTOBER 2023
RATIONALE:
The Rosary Month for 2023-2024 was a significant period for our institution, dedicated to
promoting devotion to the Holy Rosary. We aimed to foster spirituality, strengthen our faith, and
engage in various activities to encourage the recitation of the Rosary among our students,
teachers and the broader community.
In keeping with the thought, we, the Rosarians, recognized the significance of saying the
rosary since we felt that it gives one that time and attention. The significant events of Jesus's life
are walked through by the faithful through the 20 mysteries of the Rosary. We can truly
concentrate on what Jesus did and said by repeating the straightforward prayers of the Rosary.
We can establish a time and location to be near Our Lord and Savior through the Rosary.

OBJECTIVE/S:
● To develop and strengthen our relationship with God
● To honor the Blessed Virgin Mary in gratitude for the protection that she gives the school
in answer to the praying of the Rosary by the faithful
● To strengthen the faith of the students and teachers, bring peace to the world, convert
entire nations, and win the salvation of souls.

SUMMARY/HIGHLIGHTS
As John Paul II emphasizes, "the rosary is a prayer of man for man; it is a prayer of
human solidarity, a collegial prayer of the redeemed which reflects the spirit and the intention of
the first redeemed, Mary, mother and image of the church. A prayer for all men and women of
the world and history called to be, with us, the Body of Christ," the rosary wonderfully expresses
the principle of solidarity because it transcends cultural and linguistic boundaries, and it reflects
the spirit of Mary "and her intention to do the work of Christ."

Together with Ma'am Loida M. Sarmiento, the head of the school, the Edukasyon sa
Pagpapakatao Department discussed how the Rosary Month would unfold. Following approval,
the EsP teachers used group chat to inform the other teachers of the schedule and timetable for
reciting the rosary. The learners received an announcement on the activity from their respective
advisers.
Ma'am Mira Joice C. Palo, the adviser for the EsP Club, and the club officers led the
charge in organizing and preparing the materials for Rosary Month. The officers of the EsP club
also advise all students, except for non-Catholic students, to bring their own rosaries to use at
the day.
Rainsley Avery T. Flores, a Grade 8 student and president of the EsP Club, leads the
rosary prayer on the first day. Each student in the room is praying the rosary in unison.
Furthermore, teachers participated in the aforementioned exercise. We've discovered that a
number of revered popes, saints, and Christian figures have urged us to pray the rosary in this
regard. They claim that it is a potent prayer that has the capacity to transform lives, uplift
families, bring about world peace, win over entire nations, and save souls.
In this regard, at the last day of the celebration of the Holy Rosary Month. it is suggested
that educators and students pray the rosary together in the school's covered court. The
aforementioned rosary was led by the officers of the EsP club on October 24, 2023. Rosary
prayer is a highly meaningful and significant habit. "Rosarians who pray together make the
school better" is, in fact, what happened.
