City Mayor
Cotabato City, BARMM

Dear Hon. Mayor Matabalao,

Assalamu ‘Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu!

The Alternative Learning System plays a crucial role in our community, offering individuals who
have been unable to complete formal education a second chance to achieve their academic goals. This year,
the Schools Division of Cotabato City is delighted to announce that we have 1, 488 inspiring graduates who
have demonstrated determination and resilience to pass the Presentation Portfolio Assessment and reach this
significant milestone.

As we approach our 2024 Completion Rites which we have tentatively scheduled on June 1, 2024,
we are reaching out to generous supporters like you to help us make this event a memorable celebration of
our graduates' achievements. We are asking for financial assistance amounting to Php.50, 000.00 that will be
used to support the organization of our completion ceremony (please see attached breakdown of expenses).

Your support will make a significant difference in the lives of our graduates and their families,
reinforcing the value of education and the importance of community support. We would be honored to have
you as a partner in celebrating these achievements.

If you would like more information about this, please contact Dr. Vivencio O. Anińon, our Division
ALS Focal Person at [email protected] or through mobile number: 0916-763-0656. We look
forward to hearing from you and hope that you can join us in making this a truly special event for our
graduates.

Thank you in advance for your consideration and generosity.

Very Truly Yours,
