Annex C and Annex C1 to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Manila

documentary requirements and means of verification for reporting, assessment and validation

As part of the general supervision mandate of the DILG over Local Government Units (LGUs)

level individually assessed the submitted monthly BaRCO report of all barangays in the City of

documentary requirements and means of verification for reporting, assessment and validation
purposes.
As part of the general supervision mandate of the DILG over Local Government Units (LGUs)
and to ensure the compliance of Barangays concerning the abovementioned directive, this
level individually assessed the submitted monthly BaRCO report of all barangays in the City of
Manila.

As part of the general supervision mandate of the DILG over Local Government Units (LGUs)
and to ensure the compliance of Barangays concerning the abovementioned directive, this
level individually assessed the submitted monthly BaRCO report of all barangays in the City of
Manila.
Based on your submitted BaRCO report for May 2024, we have observed the following:
• Submitted report is for June 2024 not May 2024;
• No details of the actual road clearing reflected in the report; and
• No annex C1 attached in the report.

Central Office-Office of the Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs and the Office of the President.
