Overview
Overall, the area witnessed dramatic changes. Over the past years, there has been an increase in the
number of roads and adjacent housing areas. The central shopping district was completely refurnished
during the time period and there has been a significant decline in the amount of greenery.

Details 1
The authority converted the farmlands and the nearby forest park into a golf course and a tennis court,
respectively. They also increased the number of houses and in order to accommodate the increased
number of people living in the increased number of homes, the government also improved the traffic
communication system by building additional roads.

Details 2
The shopping area has gone through a massive remodeling over the past years. The shops have been
replaced with a chain of restaurants and the fish market that used to be situated opposite the shops has
been supplanted with apartment complexes. The fishing port that was situated by the sea was
demolished.
