1. How does the time of year impact the travel experience in each city?
The travel brochure can be distributed all over the year, as the weather in these places are not
very hot during the summers and people in hot weather countries love to enjoy the winter in such
places so this holiday packages can be availed all over the year.
2. What is the overall context of this brochure?
The overall context is to promote three different destinations in one place and include the
headings of the benefits and luxury provided during the trip.
MESSAGE
3. What is the primary message we want to convey?
The highlight about each destination is provided in the picture, The pictures talk about how
attractive the places are. Another message that is conveyed in that brochure is the starting price
of the travel packages with helps the reader to make up his mind about the finances.
4. What are the benefits given to the travellers? And how will it attract them?
These 14 days travel package includes a stay in a 4star hotel with private transportation and visa
applications will be filled by the travel agency itself. The travel also includes insurance and
transfer from one city to another.
5. How will it evoke the emotions in the potential traveller?
The pictures of such beautiful places like Eiffel tower, and Disney land makes the reader excited
and people really want to enjoy such places so it attracts them.

6. Who is the targeted audience of this travel brochure?
The targeted audience are families during the summer break and winter break of students as
during that time of the year people are willing to go and explore the world. We can take offices
as potential clients too as companies usually take their employees to a yearly vacation trip.

information and bookings?
People can contact the travel agency through the number given on the brochure.
PURPOSE
8. What is the main goal of these travel brochures?
Main goal of the brochure is to provide information about the new travel packages to united
states and tell the reader about the benefits this travel package comes with.
9. What specific actions are expected by the readers after viewing this brochure?
The potential actions that are expected by the readers after viewing this brochure are to contact
the travel agency on the phone number provided and inquire about all the travel details and
hopefully make plans to travel.

10. How is the brochure made attractive and what kind of color scheme is used?
Purple and red color scheme is used with is making the brochure stand out and look attractive.
The red destination mark is placed at such location that it is covering the headings of all three
cities which is clarifying the destinations.
11. How are the benefits written and are they visible?
The benefits are written at the bottom of the brochure and are made visible using large icon with
relates to the benefit.
CHANGES TO MAKE THE BROCHURE MORE EFFECTIVE
There should be more details about the destinations and landmarks they are going to take
the tourists in each city, or they should tell them about the adventures that they are going
to provide the tourists.
More contact details should be provided because only contact number is given; they
should have included email and social media handles.
They should also let the tourists know about what kind of transportation they will be
getting.
Payment methods should be mentioned, and some special offers or discounts will make
the brochure more enticing to more people.
Different packages should be mentioned according to different price ranges.
