INBOUND CALL ABOUT COMPLAINTS

Agent: Good morning! Thank you for calling Arizona Customer Service. This is Vebz, how can
I help you?
Customer: Hi Vebz! This is Jenefer. I am calling because I haven’t received my item yet.
Agent: Hello Ma’am Jenefer, I’m really sorry if you haven’t received your parcel. No worries!
Since you have me on the line. I’ll be more than willing to assist.
Customer: Oh! that’s great, OKAY.
Agent: Alright. For security purposes, can I have the complete name of your account?
Customer: Sure, uhm it’s Jenefer L. Chavez
Agent: Ahh okay, can I also have your email address?

Customer: You got it right, Vebz!

is quite late for a week already. Since the item is shipped and sold by Arizona, we can process a
full refund or a replacement. Which one would work for you?
Customer: I really wanted to get the item as soon as possible. I chose the free shipping to save
