London Killzone is ALWAYS liquidity

Isn't this obvious? Look closer...

Think how the algo/ICT does

Why does ICT allow Mon to trade without him?

00:00 Monday of every week starts the new macro for the week
Wait for a dealing range to form
Dealing range = Extreme high and low of the week
Why does ICT always say Tues or Wed forms the high/ low of the week? Yet, a lot of
charter members have proven with statistics that Mon actually forms the extreme. Ah
ha...
Mon will form one extreme, Tues or Wed usually forms the OPPOSITE extreme of
the week
Once the dealing range is set, find equilibrium of that range
All trades for the remainder of the week will be based around those points

Liquidity hunting using London Killzones

Admittedly, I don't know WHY they use London KZ highs and lows as liquidity targets, but I
have found this to be true
Mark out London KZ highs and lows and extend them out for the remainder of the week
If they are taken, delineate them by ending the line where they were taken or grey it out
After the dealing range is formed, look for any pooled London KZ liquidities (close proximity)
or if liquidity is just heavily favored to one side/ liquidity keeps getting taken on one side of
the market

Importance of economic news calendar and equilibrium

Look for that impactful news for the week, this will be your OSOK set up to target pooled
liquidities
In the meantime, use equilibrium to frame your trades
When price is in either premium or discount, price will always want to gravitate
TOWARDS equilibrium
Usually accumulates on either side
However, when price is at or near equilibrium, it will always want to REPEL away from
equilibrium

Doesn't spend much time at equilibrium

Here is EU the week of 7.18.22. I forgot to mention, when using LO KZ highs and lows, I give 30min of
lee-way outside of the given ICT killzone ranges, if there are more obvious highs/ lows to note. Have fun!
🙂

Wow this is amazing, I have always had a reason to trade to trade on Monday. But now I have an even
BETTER reason to not trade Monday.

I'm going to document my forward testing this week with pictures that include annotations and
expectations. The economic calendar this week hints at a predictable pattern/ high probability conditions,
I highly recommend you follow for yourselves

So is the dealing range defined by the extremes of Mon-Tues trading days or the current extreme high
and low of the week as it stands?

Question, so with what your saying, would you view the London high from today the DR High, or the
Asia High? I would usually use the Asia high due to it taking a daily high, but would love to hear your
ideas around this. Thanks OP

It's the established extreme high and low, usually by Tues or early Wed (can be outside of KZ). Think
about why ICT says time outside of KZ is dead time but he still notes the high and low of that range but
nothing else. Once established, don't change it throughout the week. Even if it sweeps that liquidity, it's
usually done on news manipulation and returns back inside the DR. Hope that makes sense

Asia high from 9.19.22 would be DR high. But LO low from 9.19.22 would be DR low since it's the start
of the new week

yep sweet thanks! So when a new week starts you remove London liquidity from previous week and
start fresh with Monday range.

Exactly, sometimes I note that the beginning of the current week will take out any remaining liquidity
from last week, especially Thurs or Fri liquidity. But it's not consistent enough/ I haven't backtested the
idea enough to implement

@FX21F2987 Thanks for sharing. It really helps me keep things in perspective with this type of analysis.
This is hindsight only - but NY Open offered some nice scalps from the Dealing Range EQ down to the
Dealing Range Low. Blended this with some 90m cycle and mini KZ - pretty sweet. Next step is to call it
live 😉

7:06am NY EU 9.21.22. Got something interesting for you guys. Price hung around at DR low yesterday
and expanded 2x the range and caused a fractal within a fractal situation, or rather a projection
