When customers click each of the items entered in the above table, it open and expands and shows the following
table with the given information.

Upon receiving each package, customers click the “Update Package Contents” in the above table and when click,
it shows the following format and customers update this information.

This table columns expands as item enters. This table should be updated by the customer but by admin also will be
able to do it.

We are able to convert the above table into an invoice with our logo and header which we will be including with the
outgoing package at the time of shipping each package.

When customers select the “Ship Out Packages”, based on the above information, the following invoice is
generated and pay for the invoice.

4. Pls note, most of the information in the invoice bellow are already created through the above steps. Here
we only enter final shipment weight, rate and other fees to get the final shipping fee.

Printed INVOICE
When we click to print the above invoice, open a new page and a simple invoice where it does NOT show the
charges marked in light blue above. The print version only shows columns marked in PINK above.

When payment completed, it should generate a copy of invoice to the email bellow

Whenevr customers has a package in the Suite which required their attention, we are able to send the
following email within the system.

2. Fill in all the required details in the designated field.

Please note that if no action is taken within the next two days, we regret to inform you that Pack Globe will not be
able to include this particular package in this week's shipment.

Here is what we are trying to accomplish. Developer may know the best way to achieve this, so we are
open for your suggestions.

We would like to be able to create invoice through each customer My Mailbox and send an email upon
invoice generation and customers are able to pay for the invoice within the system. The email drafts are
given below.

Whenever customer pay for an invoice, an email copy send to customer as well as the following email
(pls create one). [email protected] so that team member can confirm the payment without
checking the bank account.

Charges included in the invoice

We will be able to add the following charges whenever applicable based on the account holder’s type.
Each account type, Starter, Premium and Business have different rates.

Pls have these charges which we can add to the invoice whenever applicable.
