Work location: Local Government Unit-HRMDO

Duties performed:
● Receiving Department Documents.
● Tracked, Reviewed and Encoded Outgoing Communications for March 27 -
April 07, 2023 before forwarding to RMD.
● Routed Payslip of HRMDO employees.
● Frequent Follow-up on Payment to utilities such as Internet Subscriptions and
telephone subscriptions
● Submission of Purchase Requests through hard copy to BAC
● Frequent Follow-up of Claims and benefits such as Cash Advances,
Liquidations, Reimbursements and Additional Claims
● Follow-up on document tracking of routed communications -Encode routed
communications/ documents and forward to RMD for records keeping
● Assist the Admin unit for the signatures of certifications requested by
customers
● Frequent Follow-up on voucher for payment to Fuel and oil suppliers

New tasks undertaken:


● Follow-up Learning and Development Performance Division communication
document in the City Mayor's office for memorandum.

New knowledge gained:


● I learned that urgent documents in HRMDO must be prioritized and
monitored by assigned employee.
