DEED OF RELEASE

THIS DEED OF RELEASE OF SHARE FROM JOINT PROPERTY is made


at Mumbai on this ____ day of APRIL, 2015.

BETWEEN

SHRI. NARENDRA SADASHIV SAWARDEKAR, aged ____ years,


residing at : 1301, 13th FLR, SUMANGAL CO-OP. HSG. SOC. LTD,
TRIMURTHI ROAD, CHUNABHATTI (EAST), MUMBAI - 400024,
STATE- MAHARASHTRA, Adults, Indian Inhabitant hereinafter
collectively referred as the “RELEASOR” (which expression shall
unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning shall mean and
include their respective heirs, executors, administrators and assigns)
of the ONE PART.

AND

MRS. NEHALI NARENDRA SAWARDEKAR, age ______ years,


residing at 1301, 13th FLR, SUMANGAL CO-OP. HSG. SOC. LTD,
TRIMURTHI ROAD, CHUNABHATTI (EAST), MUMBAI - 400024,
STATE- MAHARASHTRA, hereinafter called the “RELEASEE”(which
expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning
shall mean and include his respective heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS :-

A. The Releasee is the wife of the Releasors. The parties


hereto are the both husband and wife and have joint
owner of the said following mentioned Flat/the said
property.

B. The said Releasee have joint owner in respective of


the residential premises bearing Flat No. 1301, 13th
FLR, situated at SUMANGAL CO-OP. HSG. SOC. LTD,
TRIMURTHI ROAD, CHUNABHATTI (EAST),
MUMBAI - 400024, STATE- MAHARASHTRA and
measuring about 106.88 Sq. Mtrs. (Built up)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Flat premises.)

C. The said Releasor SHRI. NARENDRA SADASHIV


SAWARDEKAR are doing service at abroad so he
want to release his shares from joint property and
give his shares to Releasee being the wedded wife and
heirs, legal representatives entitled to the said
premises.

D. By this Deed of Release and Disclaimer the Releasors


are desirous of relinquishing their rights, title and
interest in the said share without any consideration
and out of love and affection in favour of his wife
MRS. NEHALI NARENDRA SAWARDEKAR the
Releasee upon the terms and condition inter alia the
Releasee shall do all the needful in the matter of
transfer of the ownership right from the name of the
Releasors without any inconvenience to the Releasors.

AND WHEREAS the parties desirous of recording the terms


and conditions into writing.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS :

1. In pursuance of the above AND in consideration of the love


and affection that the Releasor bears towards MRS. NEHALI
NARENDRA SAWARDEKAR the Releasee. The Releasor are
hereby absolutely and forever irrevocably agree to relinquish
and release unto the Releasee his undivided share, right, title
and interest in the said flat premises bearing address Flat No.
1301, 13th FLR, situated at SUMANGAL CO-OP. HSG. SOC.
LTD, TRIMURTHI ROAD, CHUNABHATTI (EAST), MUMBAI -
400024, STATE- MAHARASHTRA and measuring about
106.88 Sq. Mtrs. (Built up) TOGETHER WITH all the rights,
privileges, benefits directly or indirectly attached to the said
Property together with all the deeds, documents, writing and
other evidence of title relating to the said property or any part
thereof and all the estate, right, title, interest, use, inheritance,
property, possession, benefits, claims and demands
whatsoever both at law and equity of Releasors into, out of or
upon the said Property in favour of the Release MRS. NEHALI
NARENDRA SAWARDEKAR,out of love and affection without
any monetary consideration.

2. The Releasee shall do all the acts, deeds, things, matters


relating to the transfer of the Ownership right from the name
of the Releasor to her name by executing such agreement,
documents, deeds and signing such papers as may be required.

3. The Releasee shall also pay all the premium, transfer charges,
maintenance, arrears of Municipal Tax, BMC Tax, Society
Charges and other etc, including all other lawful charges as
and when demanded and obtain the receipts in her name.

4. The Releasors have requested the Releasee to execute these


presents and to acquit them of all their duties and liabilities as
owner under the said Deed of Release which the Releasors
have agreed to do.

5. That the Releasors do hereby declare that the Releasee is


entitled to have her name incorporate as the owner of the said
premises in the records of BMC or other authority by
transferring title and interest in her name. And the Releasors
shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter
during the said term at the cost of the Releasee do and execute
all such further and other lawful and reasonable acts, deeds,
things, matters and assurance in law whatsoever for further
and more perfectly and absolutely assuring the undivided
share in the said Property hereby assigned or expressed so to
be and every part thereof, unto and to the use of the Releasee.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have hereunto set


and subscribed their respective hands to this the day and year
first hereinabove written.

SCHEDULE

Flat No. 1301, 13th FLR, situated at SUMANGAL CO-OP. HSG.

SOC. LTD, TRIMURTHI ROAD, CHUNABHATTI (EAST),

MUMBAI - 400024, STATE- MAHARASHTRA, admeasuring

area 106.88 Sq. metr. (Built up) which is constructed in

Survey No. 292, Hissa No. 1 out of CTS No. 634.
