KABATAAN FEDERATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LORETO,
DINAGAT ISLAND. HELD ON JULY 13, 2024 AT THE BARANGAY
SANTIAGO SESSION HALL.

CALL TO ORDER:
The Session was called to order by the Presiding Officer Hon. Zygmunt A. Lopez at exactly
7:00 Am in the morning. Followed by an invocation led by Hon. Raul Campilan and singing
of the National Anthem led by Hon. Roderick J. Manto.
ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM:
The Secretary call the roll and declared that all are present and the presiding officer declare
the session is quorum.

Hon. Roderick J. Manto deliver and discuss the main point of his proposed resolution
and clearly state the purpose that can be a big help of the SK federation of Loreto to be
equipped and knowledgeable enough on their financial operations.

Chair Hon. Aurelito I. Lacbanes Jr. There being no objection and correction from the floor,
the Chair Declared its unanimous approval. The Resolution reads.

Presiding Officer discussed the different activities for the in-coming activity this August 12
which is the Linggo ng Kabataan. This are the following activities to be prepare;
-Basketball
-Volleyball
-Badminton
-Chess
-Coastal Clean-Up
- Outreach Program
-Symposium For HIV-AIDS, Teenage Pregnancy, Kabataan Kontra Droga,and GAD.
Hon. Issah Lee Aspirin Plarisan suggest to the council to participate and cooperate for
the activities.
ADJOURNMENT AND CLOSING PRAYER:
The session was adjourned by SK Chairperson Hon. Issah lee A. Plarisan and duly
seconded by SK Chairperson Hon. Roderick J. Manto at exactly 9:00 am in the morning, with
the closing prayer led by SK Chairperson Hon. Raul Campilan.
