Sheetal Ma’am’s Intro
Now, I would like to introduce our next honorable judge, Ms
Sheetal Dawra. Ma’am has been teaching in Mount St.
Mary’s School for 13 years now. She is a commerce graduate
with a master’s degree in English and commerce. Aside from
English, she also teaches French. Ma’am is a polyglot with
extensive knowledge of over 8 languages. As she is a
hodophile, she loves travelling a lot. Reading being her other
hobby. She received a gold medal for being a topper in the
Human Rights course. She was amongst the top 500 scorers
out of 50,000 participants in the English Teachers’ Olympiad.
Although, she is an English Teacher, she has always
emphasized on the importance of knowledge. Ma’am’s
greatest strength is her ability to connect to children on their
level. We heartily welcome you Ma’am.
Rules for Debate
I would kindly request attention of the participants while I
read out the rules for the debate competition.
Time limit 2 minutes. 2 warning bells would be given before
that.
First Warning bell at 1 minutes 45 seconds. Second at 1 minutes
55 seconds.
Reading from paper not allowed.
Participants to be in school uniform.
Audio and video of participants to be on at all times while they
speak.
It is the responsibility of the participants to have a good
internet connection, throughout the event.
With permission of our honorable judges and esteemed
guests we would now start the event.
