HOUSE RULES
**Please make sure you read the listing in its entirety**
1. Absolutely NO smoking in the apartment and if you do smoke outside, please be
courteous and clean up your butts/ash. Please respect the home and other residents
on premises.
2. Absolutely NO drugs of any kind inside the premises of the apartment block.
3. Absolutely NO unregistered guests to be entertained in the house AT ANY TIME
without prior approval.
4. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
5. Please control your noise levels at all times, arrive and leave quietly. Noise meters
are installed in the apartment. No noise above 80db is allowed after 10pm.
6. If you are in an apartment with Balcony/Patio, you are not allowed to use these
beyond midnight.
7. Please always shut the front door when you leave, handle the self-closing Fire doors
in alleyways with care so it does not bang and cause noise and disturbance to the
residents of the block. Always be courteous to the neighbours.
8. The premises are monitored by CCTV. If anyone is observed littering or causing any
damage or destruction to the Apartment block, appropriate legal action will be taken.
9. Eating Meals is not allowed in the rooms. Please wash the utensils after your use
and leave out for drying.
10. Please pick up after you in common areas – use the bins provided.
11. Please clean the WC and dry the washroom after your use.
12. Please conserve water by turning off water when brushing teeth, shaving, or washing
dishes.
13. DO NOT flush tampons or sanitary napkins.
14. Please clear all litter from your rooms and tie up all the Rubbish in a bag and leave it
in a corner in the kitchen for cleaners when you check out.
15. Tea, Coffee and Sugar are provided by us for your use. Please feel free to use them.
16. You may use the Hob to cook if you want. Please clean up after use.
17. You may use the washer and dryer (where provided) if you need. Pls supply your
own washing powder.
18. Absolutely NO downloading of copyrighted materials (no "bit torrent", for example).
Any copyright infringement by guests will be subject to release of guests’ info to the
copyright holder for further action.
19. If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let us know ASAP.
20. If you need extra towels, sheets, duvets, local information or anything else, please
ask us by phone or email.
21. Please leave the key in the key safe after checkout. Missing /Lost keys will be
charged at £150.
22. Please raise ANY CONCERNS you may have with us BEFORE contacting Customer
Services of your booking portal. We are committed to resolving things for you and
have a 5* experience with us! We appreciate the opportunity to make things more
