A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. ANNALOU C. LINCONG
AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY EAST BALABAG,
VALENCIA, NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang
Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary shall be appointed
by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK
members from among the members of the KK.
WHEREAS, MS. ANNALOU C. LINGCONG possesses all the qualifications for a
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment
of MS. ANNALOU C. LINGCONG of Barangay East Balabag, Valencia, Negros Oriental until the
end of the term of the appointing authority unless sooner removed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to Ms. Aquilina M. Eltanal
for her file, copy furnish the DILG City/Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the
Local Youth Development Office of the Municipality of Valencia for their information and record.
This certifies further that the above resolution remains effective and subsisting and has not
been amended, revoked or superseded.
