I am writing to update you regarding Ms. Johnson who has been recovering successfully after right total
knee replacement surgery and is now ready for discharge back in to your care.

On 25/02/15, Ms. Johnson underwent an uneventful surgery and afterwards she was given a transfusion as
her Hb was 80 gm/dl, antibiotics, analgesia and wound care. Tablet Warfarin 5mg was started on the next Commented [ESL1]: . She was given
