Start-up and stop methods

START-UP METHODS
AUTOMATIC START
The controllerWill automatically start in low pressure detection by the pressure sensor when the pressure falls
below the pressure selected for the start.

MANUAL START
The engine can be started by pressing the buttonStarting n, regardless of the pressure of the system.

METHODS OF UNEMPLOYMENT
MANUAL STOP
The manual stoppage is made by pressing the stop button with priority. Keep in mind that when you press the
stop button,The engine is prevented from re-starting, as long as the button is pressed, plus a delay of two
seconds.

AUTOMATIC STOP
The engine stops automatically after the pressure is restored (above the umbRal to cut), after a programmable
operating time counter.

EMERGENCY STOP
The emergency stop is always possible in the starting conditions and is done using the disconnect switch located
on the door.

Procedure (See the corresponding steps in the technical documentation)

STEP 1: IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
Before mounting the controller and making the field connections:
1. Verify that the following information is compatible with other related equipment in the project:
• Information about the Controller classification label (AC line voltage, phase and frequency)
• Engine horsepower, voltage, phase and frequency
• System pressure
2. Open the door of the box, afterHave removed the protective cartons, inspect the internal components and
the wiring for any signs of bare or loose cables or other visible damage.

STEP 2A: ASSEMBLY

Check the plansIt is working to determine the mounting location of the controller. For seismic applications,
mounting arrangement must be a single rigid wall. The structural engineer of the project file will be responsible for
the anchoring details.
Tools and materials (wall mounting) required:
• Assortment of common hand tools of the type used to service electromechanical equipment
• Drill for drilling wall anchor holes
• Hand level
• Tape measure
• Four anchors with screws and washers, per cabinet

STEP 2B: ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

All AC connections and wiring are put in the box through the inputs of theLower or upper ducts. See the National
Electricity Code, the local electrical code or any other competent authority, for the entrance location of the
appropriate conduit. Use a drill, not a torch or a drill, to drillThere is a hole in the enclosure for the size duct that is
used. Pull all the necessary cables for field connections, remote alarm functions, from al AC and all other optional
features. Leave enoughExtra cable inside the enclosure to make the connections to the line
Corresponding, the load and the control points of the terminal block. Be sure to consult the corresponding field
connection diagram included in the manual. HagTo all field connections to remote alarm functions or other
optional features.
