RE: OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT – ADMIN HR
We are pleased to offer you the Position as Admin HR with _________________. You will
report directly to __________________or/any such other persons as maybe designated by the
company.
The salient terms and conditions governing your employment and service with
_____________are as follows:
1. COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT
You shall commence for work at ________________________ on 04/09/2020.
2. REMUNERATION
Your salary upon commencement of employment will be RM 2,000 per month. All
matters relating to salaries are highly confidential and should not be discussed with
anyone except with your immediate superior and higher authority. Your salary will be
paid monthly.
3. LOCATION
Your place of work will be at our Company's premises, No 1, Jalan Langgak Golf. On
Jalan Tun Razak, 55000 Kuala Lumpur and/or places as may be assigned by the
company from time to time and for any period.
4. PERMORMANCE OF DUTIES
You will be responsible for performing services for _____________ as assigned by
____________ officials and employees who are designated with authority to manage
and supervise your work and such services shall be performed at locations designated
by ______________. You are required to comply with all rules, regulation, and
procedures of the Company. During your employment you shall not directly or
indirectly expropriate any corporate opportunities or otherwise engage in any conduct
adverse to the best interests of ____________. You are instructed not to divulge any
confidential information of your prior employers or their clients. You shall comply
with all rules, regulations, and procedure of ___________ and not violate laws of
Malaysia
5. WORKING HOURS:
(a) Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm Saturday: 8
am – 12 pm
Your working hours is subject to specific tasks requirement for which, the
working hours is at the discretion of the Company in ensuring completion of tasks
being assigned to the staffs.
6. PROBATION
You will be placed on probation for a period of three (3) months from the date of your
commencement of employment. This period of probation may be reduced or extended
at the absolute discretion of the Company and in either case, you will be informed in
writing prior to or upon expiry of the initial period if probation
7. CONFIRMATION
Upon successful completion of the relevant period of probation and subject to your
satisfactory performance, you will be notified in writing of your confirmation of
employment
8. TERMINATION
At any time during the period of probation, either initial or extended as the case may
be, or on the expiration thereof, your employment may be terminated either by the
Company or by yourself, by serving to other, one (1) month's written notice or by
payment of the equivalent of one (1) month's salary in lieu of such notice, without
assigning any reason whatsoever for such termination.
After confirmation of your employment, the notice period of termination of
employment shall be one (1) months of written notice by either party or payment of
the equivalent of one (1) month's basic salary in lieu of such notice.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may waive his rights to the notice as
stipulated herein.
9. TRANSFER
Depending on the contingencies of service and/or employment, you may be
transferred to serve anywhere in Malaysia and outside Malaysia either within the
Company or its related or subsidiary companies or any other companies associated
with The Company. In the event of such a transfer, the appropriate terms and
conditions governing your transfer will be made known to you.
10. RETIREMENT AGE
It is the Company's policy that all employees shall retire on the 60th anniversary of
their birth and such policy shall apply to you. In the absence of a birth certificate, the
date of birth as shown in your identity card shall be deemed to be the date of birth for
the purpose of determining the retirement age. If your identity card contains only the
year of birth, 4 September shall be considered the appropriate date for this purpose.
11. NON-DISCLOSURE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND TRADE
SECRETS
Without the prior consent of the Company or except as authorized or required in the
course of the performance of your duties, you shall not disclose, reveal or make
available, directly or indirectly to third parties any confidential operations, processes
or dealings any trade secrets or any information concerning the business, finances,
transactions or affairs of the Company or its parent company or any of its subsidiaries
or associate
12. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your other term and conditions of employment and service will be governed by the
Company's HR policies and practices or amendments there to as appropriate from
time to time. Please refer to your Company's Human Resources Department or Group
Human Resources, should you require further clarifications on such policies and
practices.
Your employment is also subject to your compliance with any conditions of
employment and service or the Company's policies, rules, regulations, and practices,
either written, expressed or implied for the time being of force.
You will be required to carry out such related duties and job functions as instructed
from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
Kindly signify your acceptance or otherwise of this offer of employment by
completing the "Acknowledgement" portion in the duplicate copy of this letter and
return such duplicate copy, duly completed, and signed to the undersigned
immediately. Failing! Which this offer of employment shall lapse and shall become
null and void.
