Restaurant Server Duties & Responsibilities
Cumprimentar e atender os clientes com gentileza durante todo o serviço
Aprender e manter conhecimento do(s) produto(s) do(s) menu(s) de comida, vinho e bebidas,
conhecimento geral sobre o restaurante
Ter conhecimento sobre cardápio, promoções, pratos especiais, ingredientes e preparo
Manter conhecimento completo de todas as bebidas não alcoólicas e alcoólicas (e.g., bebidas
destiladas, cervejas e seleções sem álcool, vinhos, copos e guarnições corretos)
Responder a perguntas sobre nossos alimentos, bebidas e outras funções e serviços da

Receber pedidos de comida e/ou bebida dos clientes e inserir pedidos no sistema POS

Servir pedidos de alimentos e bebidas após verificar a temperatura, aparência e porções corretas,
entregar ao respetivo cliente e posteriormente seguir para servir outra mesa (atenção ao prato,
limpeza, apresentação, quente/frio, atenção ao prato complementar se está limpo, atenção
chávenas/cafetaria, atenção sumo de laranja/mosquitos)
Servir os clientes de acordo com a ordem - comida certa para o cliente certo
Responder às solicitações dos clientes e entregar a comida de maneira oportuna, amigável e
eficiente
Retornar periodicamente a cada mesa atribuída para verificar se itens adicionais são desejados e
se está tudo bem
Transmite quaisquer elogios e reclamações dos hóspedes à gerência
Preparar, limpar e re-preparar as mesas
Mantém altos padrões de aparência pessoal, higiene e aparência, que incluem o cumprimento do
