Flower Rod 16 inches long x 0.08inches diameter (40cm x 2mm)
Iron wire 0.4mm or 0.5mm diameter
Fiberfill
Hot melt adhesive

How to crochet daisy Flowers: (Make Three)

Daisy Flower Stamen:(Make One light yellow and One Green)


1. Start with a magic ring, ch1
2. R1: work 6 sc in magic ring, ss. (6)

Adding Wire to Daisy Stamen


1. Step 1: Fold the iron wire into half
2. Step 2: Pick a piece of scrap yarn and tie it over the wire
3. Join the Two Stamen
4. Step 3: Insert the wire through the green stamen facing up, with the folded part and the
scrap yarn resting inside the cup. Pull the tail through the center. Then place the yellow
stamen over the green covering the scrap yarn, ensuring they are perfectly aligned.
5. Step 4: Starting at any point, insert hook through both stamen and join cream yarn

Daisy Flower Petals


1. R1: *ch4 of the chain, 1 tr in the same st, then ch 4, ss 1 into the next st*, repeat ** 11
times; 12 petals in total. cut and weave in ends
2. Note: When the petals are hooked to the 10th flower petals, the stem can be assembled
first, or some filling cotton can be added before the petals are hooked and sewn
together.

Make two daisy Flower Buds


1. Using the white yarn to make a magic ring, ch3
2. R1: 9dc into the magic ring, close the ring, ss, cut yarn, leaving two tails (9)
3. R2: Join green yarn,ch2, hdc9, ss
4. Closing the bud
5. R3: ch1, *1sc, sc2tog* repeat ** 2 times cut and leave a tail
6. Add wire (see steps 1 and 2 under the stamen) and insert the tip into the bud, tucking in
all the tails, leaving only the green tail visible. Using a darning needle through back loops,
close the opening tightly and weave in ends.

Make two daisy Leaves


1. Using the green yarn ch13
2. R1: sc into the 2nd sts from the hook, add iron wire, sc11,3 sc in last st, do not turn,
working on the other side of the ch, sc11, ss
3. R2: ch1, sc2tog, *ch2, ss into the base of the same st, ss in the next stitch,1 ch* repeat **
around the leaf on both sides, ss

How to assemble daisy flower with a long stem


1. Step 1: Align the two buds and the first flower together on the rod, wrap the yarn for
about an inch.
