Design Studies.

KADDON ENGINEERING DIVISION
HIGH VOLTAGE TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION
High voltage line construction is a technical process due to the specialized equipment and skills required to deliver
such a project. Kaddon Projects has acquired most of its equipment required in the erection of power line towers
and stringing of conductors.
This has enabled us to complete projects faster and to guarantee excellent quality to our clients.
MEDIUM TO HIGH VOLTAGE SUBTATION
Kaddon Projects has constructed numerous substations in South Africa. We have successfully completed
electrification projects in Mpumalanga, Gauteng, and Eastern Cape, and currently working out maintenance
contracts with City Power Johannesburg, City of Tshwane
The company has upheld the highest standards of safety and workmanship during and after completion of these
projects.
RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS Due to global warming and other pressing environmental issues, renewable energy resources have become
critical to the survival of the planet. Solar, wind and water are now the preferred sources of power as
opposed to the use of carbon-based fuels. Kaddon Projects has formed strategic alliances with companies
from Israel and China which supply the company with equipment and technology such as solar panels, solar
water heaters and PV systems components. We partnered with several specialists in renewable energy.
KADDON STREET LIGHTING
Kaddon Projects are a specialist in the installation and maintenance of street lighting for urban settlements. The company has carried out projects in
Johannesburg for City Power and Ekurhuleni Municipality, Eastern Cape , Mpumalanga (Chief Albert Luthuli Municipality),DID Gauteng and other municipalities
where it has installed new street lighting. Kaddon Project has acquired critical equipment such as Augers and Cherry pickers required for the installation and
maintenance of such projects. This has enabled the company to operate more efficiently and reduce labour based costs

Kaddon Mechanical Division provides highly specialised skills for MEIP ( Mechanical
, Electrical, Instrumentation & Piping ) & SMPP ( Structural, Mechanical , Platework
and Piping) projects
Our Fire Services team also work hand in hand with our Mechanical Division in
delivering some of the complex sprinkler and pump stations as well as
upgrades/maintenance.
Kaddon Projects also provides service to Hospitals for their HVAC systems be it new
installations or maintenance or upgrading of existing equipment
Kaddon Projects has successfully completed its projects without any delays and

Ronnie is a passionate hands-on person who has gained vast experience within the construction industry starting as welder and being a boiler maker. Ronnie brings over
20 years of experience to Kaddon Projects having worked for some of the big corporations in South Africa including but not limited to SA5. Ronnie has worked on De

Donald is a young dynamic and accomplished quantity surveyor. He has extensive experience in Project Management, cost engineering and value engineering.
Donald is a holder of a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying Honours Degree. His knowledge and expertise elevate Kaddon Projects to greater heights. Donald has
over 10 years’ experience in Cost Planning, Cost Management, Value Engineering as well as Estimating & Tendering. His passion to ensure profitability on our

Tapiwa Makaya (Dip Management Information Systems) Business Development Manager
Tapiwa is vibrant and proficient business developer with extensive experience in public and private business sector. He holds a Diploma in Systems Analysis &
