H2O2 instructions

The hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) that I am referring to is what is called food-grade hydrogen peroxide, not
what is sold in a pharmacy.

It is called "food-grade" because it is just H2O2, without any chemical stabilizers. You understand that water
is H2O. Hydrogen peroxide is simply water with extra oxygen in it. All the bacteria and viruses that attack
the human body are what are called "anaerobic" organisms, meaning they don't like oxygen, oxygen kills
them. So the addition of extra oxygen to water makes it a potent anti-microbial. H2O2 mixed with colloidal
silver (another potent anti-microbial) is between 500%-1,000% more effective than either of them by
themselves.

All the goat-milk farm people in North America use food-grade H2O2 to sterilize their milking equipment,
and it is usually available at a feed store. Many Health Food stores carry it. The commercial H2O2 sold in
pharmacies contains chemical stabilizers that resist the oxygen escaping every time the bottle is opened, and
we don't know if it is safe to ingest much of it internally. Also, pharmacy H2O2 is 3% strength, food-grade
H2O2 is 35% strength.

If you can find the food-grade H2O2, you should put some of it in a small bottle (say, 2 or 3 oz) with a tight
plastic (not metal) lid and keep it in the frij. The rest of the larger bottle keep in the freezer (it will not
freeze), only being opened to refill your smaller bottle. The reason for the frij/freezer is that it impedes the
escape of oxygen from the H2O2 when you open the bottle. If you don't do this, your H2O2 will go flat, like
soda pop after it has been opened a bunch of times. That means the oxygen will all escape and you are left
with icky-tasting water with very little extra oxygen in it.

35% H2O2 is very strong, so you only need to use drops of it each time. If you have or can get an old
tincture bottle with the rubber bulb and the glass/plastic pipette, you will be able to measure the drops. But
don't leave the rubber bulb on the bottle with the H2O2 in it, the H2O2 will dissolve the rubber bulb. Start
with 2 drops in CS and add another drop each day until your taste buds stop you. Usually, 10-20 drops two or
three times per day, always in CS, is very, very effective. If you get any of this 35% stuff on your clothes or
skin, they will both immediately turn snow-white, the clothes permanently, the skin, after you have washed it
off, will return to normal in an hour or so.

You should be able to dramatically improve your condition just drinking copious amounts of CS with H2O2.
To effectively combat MS, Lyme, Candida and cancer, I have my clients drink nothing but CS. No other
liquids, only CS, at LEAST a quart/liter per day, preferably more. If they want to make soups and hot drinks
with it, fine (it doesn't hurt it).

You will find some people who recommend 2 to 4 oz/day of CS. If you have a health condition that needs
the addition of H2O2 to CS (such as MS, Lyme, Candida), you should be drinking a lot more CS than 2 to 4
oz; you should likely be drinking 1 to 2 quarts/liters per day, minimum. The goal here is to have CS/H2O2
continually present throughout your body so there is nowhere for the bacteria/viruses to go to get away from
it. "You can run but you can't hide!" is our motto for pathogens.

Nearly all of the pathogens that attack the human body are anaerobic; they don't like oxygen, oxygen
kills them. When you add hydrogen peroxide to CS, it increases the effectiveness of the CS between 500 -
1,000%. Water is H2O; hydrogen peroxide is H2O2 - it's water with extra oxygen added. Food grade
hydrogen peroxide is called "food grade" because it is only water with extra oxygen. The peroxide you find
at a pharmacy has chemical stabilizers added that we don't think are safe for a human to ingest. I recommend
all systemic infection type issues be attacked with CS which has had FG H2O2 added to it. All my MS, UTI,
Candida and Lyme clients do it, except for those folks who cannot obtain it. If you are drinking the amount
of CS needed to treat a systemic issue (UTI, Lyme, Candida, MS), you will be adding drops of the 35% to
the CS. You will be diluting the H2O2 in the CS. In my online library is a directory titled "Oxy-Ozone"
which gives specific instructions for how to do this. In the "Colloidal Silver" directory are specific details for
treating MS, etc., with CS & H2O2
