ORDER
The University, vide paper read (1) above, constituted Inspection Commissions to assess the
instructional and infrastructural facilities available with the undermentioned colleges for
considering extension of their provisional affiliation for the academic year 2023-2024.

On the basis of the reports submitted by the respective Inspection Commissions, the Syndicate
Standing Committee (affiliation and approval) vide the minutes item read as paper
(2) above, recommended to accept the reports of the Inspection Commissions and accord
sanction to extend provisional affiliation of the following Unaided/Self Financing Arts and Science

The Vice Chancellor by exercising the powers under Chapter III, Section 10(17) of the Mahatma
Gandhi University Act 1985, has approved the aforementioned recommendations of the
Syndicate Standing Committee (affiliation and approval).

The extension of affiliation is subject to the renewal of NOC by the Government of Kerala and
approval by the regulatory authority concerned.

Provisional affiliation is subject to the following conditions:

 1. The provisional affiliation is subject to the approval of the regulatory body.
2. The Management shall prepare and present the students in accordance with the laws of
the University for the examination and as per the approved scheme and syllabus of the
University in the subject concerned.
3. The rate of tuition fee, student's affiliation fee, annual administration fee are as
per University/Government orders issued from time to time. The collection of annual

administration fee from the students under any circumstance is not permitted.
4. Non-compliance with any of the above conditions would lead to the withdrawal of the
affiliation without notice.

Orders are issued accordingly.
