Dear Mr. Mohan Gottumukkala,
SUB: Offer of Appointment as Electrical Engineer- Services
With reference to your application and interview on 18.04.2023, we are pleased to offer you
appointment as a “Electrical Engineer- Services”, subject to acceptance of the following terms &
conditions:
• Your gross salary is fixed at Rs.32,000 /- (Rs. Thirty Two Thousand only) per month,
including all allowances and deductions will be made as per site requirement, You are
required to report for joining on or before 20.04.2023
• At the time of joining, you are required to submit at Head office copies of
qualifications, experience, Aadhar, PAN card, Bank Account passbook (First Page), Driving
License, Passport size photos (4nos) and originals for verification.
• You will be on probation for a period of six months and confirmation will be subject to
satisfactory performance of duties. Your probation may be extended suitably by the
management in case it is felt that your performance/ attendance and conduct are not found
satisfactory.
• During your services with the Company, you shall not engage yourself in any other business
or occupation and shall devote your whole time for the betterment of the company, in full
faith and with full commitment.
• You shall be regular and punctual to your duties. Any irregularity in your attendance and
absence without prior sanction or staying away over and above the sanctioned leave period
will attract disciplinary action, in addition to loss of pay.

• In addition to your regular duties/job, the management shall have the discretion of
assigning additional or any other duty or duties.
• You shall not divulge or disclose or part with any official information & documents of the
company to any person, while in services or even thereafter.
• Your services are transferable when ever required both within the company or sister concern
(s) of the company, which includes the other department, site office and location in India or
abroad.
• You should agree to work in our company at least for a minimum period of 1 year from the
date of your joining. A notice period of one month is required from your side for
resignation.
• Any dispute or difference in the subject matter is subject to arbitration and the
arbitrator will be appointed by the company and the proceeding of the same will be
conducted at Hyderabad.
• You may sign below in token of your acceptance and return by 20.04.2023
