A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BARANGAY CHAIRMAN ______________
AND BARANGAY TREASURER ______________ TO REPRESENT THE
BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF __________________, LANAO
DEL SUR TO APPLY AND SUBSCRIBE TO THE LANDBANK OF THE
PHILIPPINES’ INTERNET BANKING FACILITY KNOWN AS “weAccess”.
WHEREAS, The Landbank of the Philippines offers “weAccess”, an online
banking facility which allows for a secure and fast internet banking transactions;
WHEREAS, The Barangay Chairman has requested that this council
authorize the subscription of “weAccess” online banking transactions with Land
Bank of the Philippines;
WHEREAS, This council through this resolution hereby authorizes
Barangay Chairman ______________________ and Barangay Treasurer
_____________________ to represent the Barangay Local Government Unit of
__________, Lanao del Sur for the application of “weAccess” online banking
transactions with the Land Bank of the Philippines, Marawi City Branch;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,
on a motion of Sangguniang Barangay member ____________, duly seconded by
all Sangguniang Members in Assembly, that Chairman ______________ and
Treasurer _____________ are authorized to do the following acts:
1. To represent the Barangay Local Government Unit of _____________ in
the application of “weAccess”;
2. To designate/ authorize personnel to act as “maker” or “authorizer” for
the Barangay Local Government Unit’s access to LBP’s “weAccess”
banking facility; and
3. To use the ACIC File uploading of the Landbank “weAccess” for the
General Fund and Trust fund of the Barangay Council of ____________,
Lanao del Sur;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to
concerned and relevant agencies;
