INSTRUCTIONS FOR ISRO TRIP

Dear Parents,
We acknowledge your decision of allowing your ward to be part of the Educational trip to
Trivandrum.
Please find the itinerary of the trip:
1. 19th of December: Departure from Bangalore Railway Station by Train at 4:40pm.

2. 20th December: Morning arrival at Trivandrum, check in hotel, after breakfast


proceed to Visit Science & Technology Museum, Planetarium, 3D & 6D shows,
Trivandrum Zoo and stay the night at the hotel.
3. 21st December: Morning check out hotel, after breakfast proceed to Visit space
museum at ISRO and witness the launch of sounding rocket RH200 (mostly around 11:30
AM),Veli Tourist Park & Sangmugam Beach. Evening drop at railway station.
4. 22nd December: Morning arrival at Bangalore Railway Station by Train.

ACCOMMODATION IN 4 SHARING IN AC ROOM,


TRANSPORTATION SIGHTSEEING IN (3+2) AC BUS
FOOD & SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED,
EVENING SNACKS WITH JUICE/COFFEE,
DAILY 1 LTR WATER BOTTLE.

Here are a few instructions that the student needs to strictly adhere to
1. Reporting time at school on 19th December -- 1:30PM.
2. Tentative pick-up from school on 22nd December – 9.30AM (subject to the railway
schedule).
NOTE : Picking up and dropping off the wards is strictly from the school.
3. To and Fro transportation between school and station (on 19th December and 22nd
December) will be provided by the school.
4. Light dinner on 19th Dec and water bottle will be provided.

DO’s
1. Students MUST carry their School ID card and light luggage.
2. Students MUST adhere to the below mentioned dress code
 For girls (knee length tops, trousers)
 For Boys (t-shirt/shirt, trousers)
 Shorts/ Bermudas/ 3/4th pants/ torn jeans/ sleeveless tops or shirts
are not allowed.
3. Students must carry their own medicines (if any).
4. Students must strictly adhere to the Itinerary.
5. Students MUST follow the instructions given by the teachers accompanying and
adhere to the timings strictly.
DON’Ts
1. Students MUST NOT carry any expensive jewellery / valuables / heavy cash/
electronic gadgets.
2. Mobile phones will be carried at their own risk to the trip. School will not be
responsible for the loss of electronic gadgets or any other valuable materials carried
by students.
3. Mobile phone, camera, CD, USB drive, I-Pad, Tablets, floppy or other electronic
gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the ISRO campus, museum, planetariums.
4. Students are advised not to purchase food from outside.
The following must be carried by the student:
1. School ID card.
2. Copy of Aadhar card.
3. Masks
4. Blanket
5. Umbrella
6. Book and pen
A WhatsApp group will be created by the incharge teachers for communication with
the parents during the trip.
