• Working Hours & Type of employment: Permanent Part-Time
In the following requirements: passing the mandatory drug screen, satisfactory 5-year
background check, successful completion of any pre-hire assessments and training,
satisfactory driving record, and your ability to obtain an Airport badge.
Your employment with Swissport USA Inc. is at-will and either party may terminate the
relationship at any time, with or without cause. You are expected, during your employment,
to abide by the Company Safety policies and procedures. Your personal safety, the safety
of your co-workers, and the safety and security of our customers' aircraft is a high priority.
If these terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please indicate your acceptance by

agreement. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be deemed (1) to be ‘written’, or ‘in
writing’ (ii) to have been signed and (iii) to constitute a record established and maintained
in the ordinary course of business and an original written record when printed from
electronic files. A paper copy or ‘printout’, if introduced as evidence in any judicial, arbitral,
mediation or administrative proceeding, will be admissible as between the parties to the
same extent and under same conditions as other original business records created and
maintained in documentary form.
