INTRODUCTION TO THE REPORT

I'm a student studying Bachelor of Commerce, and I

recently did a month-long internship at Coaching classes
which are under Expodium ventures Private limited
company. This all started with an interview, and I got the
chance to be part of the organization from December 5,
2023, to January 10, 2024.
I joined in Patna and, with the help of my mentors, we
decided to focus on E- learning platform for my
internship. True Learning was created to provide good
education to students online. They've helped lots of
students, and their goal is not just academic success but
overall personal growth.
They teach a variety of subjects from Class 11th|12th|
B.Com, BBA, also prepare students for competitive
exams like CA, CS, CMA and more. True Learning aims
to make students confident and successful, not just in
class but in life. They're a one-stop solution for all
educational needs, ensuring both students and parents are
happy.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

With a primary focus on the subjects listed below, we conducted

an extensive study on each issue and then identified the crucial
facts and material needed for the report.
Even if we are learning more about the subjects, our primary goals
are still the same: to fulfill our guide's requests to the best
potential conceivable and to continue working toward the larger
report data that has been selected for our "Project Report." Even
so, we all made an effort to meet our guide's expectations by
creating the level of the report he required from us. Without the
help of our guide, this report could not have been composed.
Improving and promoting True Learning's online education
services might be the goal in the context of e-learning platform
enhancement. This might involve efforts to raise the brand's
profile, draw in more students, and improve social welfare in
general by offering reasonable, high-quality education. Activities
like marketing, content production, social media promotion, and
any other projects targeted at enhancing the e-learning platform
and its influence on students and society might be included in the
internship.
Therefore, we are working on the project report using the topic
that our college has provided, along with our guide, which is listed
below:
 E- Learning Platform Enhancement

SCOPE OF WORK

The project's goal is to enhance our online learning platform

in Depth.
We are interested in finding out how other coaching centres are
improving their e-learning environment. We would want to know
what children and their parents think about our coaching centre.
This entails having direct conversations with students to find out
their opinions. We're also investigating the digital realm, including
social media post creation and editing. To expand our network, we
are looking for new possibilities to establish connections with
various parties involved, including providers, owners, and users.
We want to learn more about how everyone participating feels
about our online programs and improve them.

The primary goal of writing THE PROJECT REPORT is to

get an in-depth knowledge of each of these topics.

Interactive Learning: Use enjoyable online activities that reflect

real-world tasks to give classes a more authentic sense.
What We Learn from occupations: To enhance our
understanding of the subjects we study, draw on anecdotes and
difficulties from actual occupations.
Create a virtual work experience for us on the internet so that we
may practice and learn even in the event that we are unable to
work at a real job.
Display Our Work Online: Assist us in creating a unique folder
on the internet where we may display the products of our
imaginary or actual professions. This will be useful to us in
showing our abilities to others.
Establish a dedicated online space: where we can communicate
and support one another in our careers. After completing a task,
we can teach others what we discovered.
Improve Our Skills: Base the areas where we gain new abilities
on what we have acquired in the workplace.
To express our opinions: Provide a means for us to express our
opinions on our work online. This enhances the quality of the
online education.
Collaborate on Projects Online: Assist us in collaborating with
others online on projects. Even if we're not together, this still
enables us to learn and collaborate as a team.
Meet More individuals at Work: Apply the knowledge we've
gained from our employment to increase the number of individuals
we meet online. We may support one another and share our
knowledge.
Use New applications and Tools: Stay up to date with the latest
applications and tools that improve our online productivity. This
covers items like as chat applications, project tools, and video
conferences.
Aid for Our Future Employment: Provide guidance and
assistance in locating occupations based on the experiences of
others who had positions before to us. We may be able to meet
people who can assist us in finding employment through seminars
and other events.

E- LEARNING PLATFORM
ENHANCEMENT
1.INTRODUCTION TO E-LEARNING
ENHANCEMENT
The introduction of e-learning has brought about a significant shift
in the educational environment, bringing about a time when
information is no longer limited to standard classrooms but rather
transcends virtual bounds. The idea of "e-learning enhancement"
assumes a central role in the effort for success in this exciting
development in digital education, representing a dedication to
improving both the efficacy and the standard of education as well
as to making it more accessible. This project is driven by the
realization that the demands of students throughout the world are
changing and that it is critical to solve the difficulties brought on
by the digital era.
Enhancing e-learning is more than just updating technology; it's a
comprehensive strategy to redefine the entire learning process in
the digital age. It includes methods that go above expectations
to provide an environment where students are active participants
in their education rather than merely passive consumers of
knowledge. In the interest of improvement investigating
gamification, collaborative platforms, personalized educational
routes, and interactive learning technologies becomes crucial.
Through this path of e-learning development, a dedication to
diversity is brought up, wherein education becomes a
transformational force that is available to students everywhere. It
is evidence of the idea that new approaches, advanced technology,
and a dedication to excellence will alter what is possible in
education. The goal of this investigation is to develop a digital
learning environment that not only meets the needs for the future
but also acts as an agent for motivating, enabling, and forming the
minds of future generations of educators.

1.1 background of e-learning

The Background of e-learning began as a solution to the need for
education that's flexible and easy to access. It started with trying
out teaching on computers and learning from a distance. Over
time, it transformed into advanced online platforms offering
various courses and study materials. The idea was to make
knowledge available to everyone, challenging the traditional way
of learning by letting people study from anywhere. The internet
played a big role, allowing the creation of exciting and interactive
e-learning spaces. But as more people started using e-learning,
there arose a need to make it even better. So, the background of e-
learning tells a story of using technology in new ways, changing
how we teach and learn. The improvements in e-learning
platforms are a natural next step, showing a commitment to
solving challenges, keeping up with technology, and making sure
digital education stays exciting and effective for learners all over
the world.

1.2 IMPORTANCE OF E- LEARNING

Improving e-learning platforms is essential for the development of
teaching and learning. With technology constantly advancing,
online learning has emerged as a crucial component of expanding
the flexibility and accessibility of education. Making the digital
learning experience better for both educators and learners is the
reason we wish to enhance these platforms. Improving e-learning
platforms leads to increased efficacy and quality of learning in
addition to making educational materials more accessible. This is
crucial for people all around the world who want to study in a way
that works for them, particularly if they are unable to adhere to
conventional learning methods.

Furthermore, by continuously improving e-learning systems, we

may incorporate fun elements, interactive tools, and individual
paths to learning. This gives excitement and enjoyment to
learning. The educational system is now ready to meet the needs
of today's knowledgeable about technology society and future
advancements according to these improvements. Therefore,
improving e- learning platforms is essential as it contributes to the
creation of a diverse, inclusive, and productive learning
environment. Giving pupils the tools, they need to thrive in a
world that is always changing is the goal.

1.3 SCOPE OF ENHANCEMENT

Enhancing an e-learning platform might involve a wide range of
options to improve the quality of the digital learning process. The
opportunities for improvement are numerous and wide-ranging as
we explore this field. The scope includes meeting the many
demands of educators and learners, from improving user interfaces
and adding interactive aspects to implementing customized
educational routes, gamification features, and collaborative
learning platforms. The opportunities for improvement are further
expanded by technological innovations including the incorporation
of artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, and mobile
learning programs. Even beyond the short-term advantages, e-
learning platforms' continuous improvement provides the way for
education's future. This involves staying flexible in response to
new developments, getting ready to include advanced resources,
and making sure that the platforms change to meet the ever-
changing demands of students throughout the world. As a result,
the scope includes not just making quick fixes but also
encouraging an environment of ongoing innovation and
adaptability to the changing demands of the digital education
sector.

1.4 BENEFITS OF E-LEARNING

The benefits which provided by e-learning platform improvements
help to raise the standard of the online learning environment as a
whole. An important benefit is that it is now more accessible. With
improvements, e-learning environments can serve a larger number
of users, including those who couldn't attend conventional
classrooms due to time, location, or other restrictions. This
inclusiveness encourages lifelong learning and makes it possible
for people from different backgrounds to learn new things.
One other important advantage is customization E-learning
platforms may customize learning courses and information
according to individual preferences, performance, and progress
thanks to sophisticated algorithms and data analytics.

2. strategies for enhancing the e-learning

experience
Enhancing interest and information retention through a variety of
tactics is necessary to enhance the e-learning experience. Above
all, interactive materials like games, role-playing, and online
laboratories may encourage engagement and make learning more
engaging and entertaining. Multimedia components like diagrams,
films, & animations can also be used to accommodate a variety of
learning styles and improve understanding. Another crucial tactic
is personalization, which involves adjusting the learning route to
each student's preferences and level of development to provide a
more focused and successful learning environment. Moreover,
creating a community via discussion boards, group projects, and
interactions between classmates may imitate the social component
of conventional classrooms, resulting in a positive learning
atmosphere. Lastly, keeping information up to date with fresh
developments and patterns ensures that it remains relevant and
motivates students to continue participating in the rapidly
changing digital world."
2.1
interactive educational resources
Interactive educational resources are textbooks and other teaching
aids that actively include students in their education by promoting
involvement, experimentation, and practical application. By
encouraging interactive interaction, these sites go beyond
conventional stationary material. Online exercises, virtual labs,
educational games, tests, and interactive multimedia material are a
few examples. With difficulties and incentives, educational games
make education fun, interactive classrooms offer practical lessons
within a digital world, and scenarios let students explore in a safe
setting. With the help of interactive multimedia materials like
clickable movies and quizzes, students may assess their
knowledge and learn more about certain subjects. Educational
tools may improve engagement, meet different learning styles, and
promote a more efficient and pleasurable educational experience
by including these interactive factors.

2.2 personalized learning experiences

Personalized learning experiences adjust instructional strategies,

timing, and material to meet the requirements, interests, and
developmental stages of every single learner. By allowing students
to advance at their own speed and supporting a variety of teaching
styles, this method seeks to improve understanding and
engagement.
The curriculum is modified in a personalized learning environment
according to the skills, interests, and educational methods of every
learner. This might entail adapting the degree of difficulty to each
learner's specific needs, combining multimedia resources, and
employing a variety of educational materials. Technology
frequently plays a major part, providing information analysis,
adaptable software, and engaging tools for monitoring progress
and giving immediate feedback.
Personalized learning involves assessment that goes beyond
typical techniques, including informal assessments, flexible
testing, as well as continuous feedback. By assisting teachers in
identifying students' areas of strength and growth, this dynamic
evaluation enables focused interventions to meet individual
learning requirements.

2.3 gamification in the classroom

An educational strategy called gamification involves introducing

game features into the learning environment to increase student
interest and engagement.
Gamification merely enhances motivation but also promotes
cooperation and teamwork. Cooperative activities and group
challenges create a sense of community in the classroom, which
enhances the learning environment. In a manner similar to the
cooperative elements frequently included in games, students learn
how to collaborate, communicate clearly, and share their
knowledge and abilities.
Gamification's people argue that it may simplify learning or put a
great deal of focus on external incentives. On the other hand,
gamification, when used carefully, may be a very effective tool for
teachers to drive kids to achieve, interest their class, and
encourage active learning. Gamification presents a dynamic and
inventive way to capture the attention of today's students, as
technology continues to play a big part in education.

2.4 online communities for learning

Online portals known as social networks for learning connect

people with same interests or objectives to exchange knowledge,
work together, and encourage one another on their educational
paths. These communities span a wide range of topics, including
science, art, and technology as well as language learning.
One well-known kind of online learning community is a forum,
where members can converse with professionals or other learners
while exchanging questions and tips. Examples of such structures
are specialized groups on Quora or programming-focused
platforms like a site called where users may exchange ideas and
solve issues.
Social media groups, where students connect on sites like
Facebook or LinkedIn, are another popular format. These
organizations frequently provide a feeling of community, allowing
participants to exchange materials, have pertinent conversations,
and form bonds with people who shared their interests.
Platforms like Coursera, edX, and Khan Academy integrate
community elements like discussion boards and chat rooms for
more organized learning. These communities help students all
around the world collaborate and have discussions, which is a
great addition to the normal academics.
In addition to facilitating real-time conversations and question-
and-answer sessions, virtual meetings and webinars can enhance
the learning process by providing access to guest speakers and
experts in the field. Using platforms like Microsoft Teams or
Zoom has become essential for organizing these kinds of
gatherings.
In overall, virtual learning community function like lively centres
where people can participate in an active role, gain knowledge
from one another, and maintain motivation through their
educational journeys.

5.HOW TECHNOLOGY IS CHANGING

DISTANCE EDUCATION:
Utilizing hardware technology has greatly impacted distance
learning by giving teachers and students the resources and tools
they require to work together, communicate, and learn at a
distance. A laptop and Internet connectivity are not the only things
needed for distance learning. A lot of accessories could be needed
to make this procedure simpler and more effective. Here, we've
provided a quick overview of a few hardware options designed
with distance learning in mind, along with their advantages.
tablets and laptops. Due to their flexibility and simplicity in terms
of facilitating communication, accessing course materials, and
finishing projects, laptops and tablets have become indispensable
tools for both teachers and students participating in remote
learning.
Education is only one of the many areas of modern life that have
been touched by technology. Is it, though? Education appears to be
largely unchanged in several aspects from many years ago. An
image from the fourteenth century, drawn by Laurentius de
Voltolina, shows an Italian university lecture. The scene's
similarities to the present day make it instantly recognized. The
pupils sit in rows and listen as the teacher speaks from a platform
at the front of the classroom. A few of the students seem to be
paying attention as they follow along with books open in front of
them. A few appear disinterested. Some are having conversations
with nearby residents. Looks like one is sleeping. Classrooms
today do not look much different, though you might find modern
students looking at their laptops, tablets, or smart phones instead
of books (though probably open to Facebook). A cynic would say
that technology has done nothing to change education.

5.1. THE USE OF AI IN EDUCATION

AI-driven education is upending conventional teaching methods
and influencing how the sector will use technology in the future.
With the use of complex algorithms and massive data sets,
artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for education may provide
individualized and flexible learning programs. In education,
students benefit from instant feedback, tailored learning, and
immersive technology like virtual and augmented reality.
Similar to chatbots and virtual tutors, conversational AI in
education provides prompt support, encouraging self-directed
learning. The way students’ study is being revolutionized by AI
chatbots for education. These chatbots, which use machine
learning and natural language processing, provide students
immediate, individualized help by responding to their inquiries
and assisting them with their studies. Developing dynamic and
captivating educational experiences facilitates students'
comprehension of topics and improves their retention of
knowledge.
The AI education industry is expected to reach $20 billion by 2027
because AI trends accelerate the expansion of EdTech by
enhancing student engagement through personalized courses,
interactive lectures, enhanced classes for learning skills, etc.
Additionally, it is expected that by 2023, the worldwide e-learning
industry would generate $166.60 billion in sales.

The above graph depicts how businesses are

collectively investing billions of dollars in a wide range
of AI applications, from education app development,
robotics, virtual assistance, and natural language to
computer vision and machine learning in education.

5.2. DIGITAL AND MIXED REALITY

Mixed reality is an immersive technology that combines physical and
digital elements to enable them to interact with each other. This is
typically done through 3D holograms.

Mixed reality isn't just a fancy term anymore; it's a part of our
everyday existence. It's about breaking out from the constraints of
conventional technology, not just staying within screens. Want to
stroll through a map to learn more about it? Completed. Could you
use your hand to control the gadget you're using? Indeed. Work
together on a 3D project with a distant partner? Not an issue. It's
similar to possessing a superpower that raises ordinary life to the
extraordinary: mixed reality. Mixed reality is revolutionizing the
way that we see and engage with the digital world, whether we're
interacting with it at work, at home, or with friends. Technology is
becoming more natural and, dare we say it, even magical as it
dissolves the boundaries between what's on our screens and the
real world. So buckle up, because we are entering the age of mixed
reality, which is completely changing how we view and interact
with the digital world. Prepare yourself for an experience where
reality and virtual reality merge into a moving fabric of endless
possibilities.

Through the use of their mobile devices, millions of internet users

globally have engaged in mixed reality. The most widely used
Mixed Reality solutions on social media nowadays come from
mobile augmented reality. It might not be apparent to users that
their mixed-reality experiences are represented by Instagram's
artificial intelligence or AR filters.
Natural and logical 3D interactions between people, computers,
and the surroundings are made possible by mixed reality, which
blends the digital and physical worlds. This new reality is the
result of advancements in input techniques, graphical
representations, audio and visual technologies, computer vision,
and cloud computing.
We are just in the beginning stages of MR's discovery because it is
so difficult to create successful mixed reality experiences. But the
opportunities are endless. Both software development kits (SDKs)
and advanced input devices are needed to create authentic mixed-
reality experiences.

How to Evaluate the Success of an E-learning Program?

Evaluating the success of an e-learning program involves

assessing various aspects of the program's performance and
outcomes. Here are some key steps you can follow to evaluate the
success of e-learning initiatives:

1. Define clear objectives: Start by clearly defining the

objectives and goals of the e-learning program. Setting
specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-
bound (SMART), objectives will help guide the
evaluation process.

2. Determine relevant metrics: Identify the key

performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align
with your objectives. Choose metrics that are
meaningful and can provide valuable insights into the
effectiveness of the program.

3. Collect quantitative data: Use a learning management

system (LMS) or analytics tools to gather quantitative
data. This can include tracking learners' progress,
participation rates, quiz scores, time spent on modules,
and other relevant data points. Quantitative data
provides objective insights into learner behavior and
performance.
4. Gather qualitative feedback: To gain a deeper
understanding of learners' experiences and perceptions,
collect qualitative feedback. This can be done through
surveys, interviews, focus groups, or discussion forums.

5. Assess learning outcomes: Evaluate the effectiveness

of the e-learning program by assessing the learning
outcomes achieved by the participants. This can be
done through pre- and post-assessments or through
evaluations of the participants' work, projects, or
assignments.

6. Analyse data and identify trends: Analyze the

collected data and patterns. Look for correlations
between different metrics and evaluate how well the
program meets its objectives. Identify areas of strength
and areas that need improvement.

7. Compare against benchmarks: Benchmark the

performance of your e-learning program against
industry standards or best practices. It also provides a
reference point for identifying areas where
improvements can be made.

8. Make data-driven improvements: Based on the

evaluation findings, make data-driven improvements to
enhance the e-learning program.

6.2. INPUT AND ONGOING

ENHANCEMENT
This study focuses on the uses of digital technology during
teaching and learning. The preparedness, adoption, and use of
virtual learning are inquired. Technology cannot enhance learning
unless adopted, embraced, and effectively used. Three hundred
and one (301) online questionnaires were administered to Higher
and Tertiary institutions (HTEIs) students. The data were analyzed
using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Performance
Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), and Social Influence
(SI) were confirmed to be positive predictors of the Behavioural
Intention (BI) to use technology. Facilitating Conditions (FC) is a
non-significant construct to BI to use technology. Thus,
irrespective of the availability of Information Communication
Technologies (ICT) infrastructure and support needed to use
virtual learning, students are forced to use virtual technology due
to COVID-19. Pandemics such as COVID-19 force students and
lecturers to use virtual learning irrespective of factors surrounding
them. Pandemics are an anchor for the full embracement of virtual
learning. Pandemic ‘like’ elements applied in the education system
foster education. Google Classroom and its features prove to
improve the teaching and learning processes. Chatbots and
contextualized virtual Educational Humanoid robots enhance
learning through interactivity. Pandemics need to be tested if they
are a perfect fit as a new Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of
Technology (UTAUT) model construct. In addition, a model for
effective blended learning during and post COVID-19 must be
developed.
7. CASE STUDIES OF EFFECTIVE
IMPROVEMENTS TO E-LEARNING
Case studies help online learners relate to the subject matter and
see how it ties into real world situations. They feature facts, stats,
and first-person accounts that are supported by reliable sources. At
the very least, they provide hypothetical situations that are based
in reality. eLearning case studies drive the point home so that
online learners connect with the eLearning content on a personal
level. However, they aren't necessarily known for
their interactivity. In fact, case studies usually appear as lengthy
text blocks that cause cognitive overload. Fortunately, there are
ways to add interactive elements to your eLearning case studies in
order to boost active participation.

1. Create Branching Scenarios

Case studies involve real world decision-making, which makes

them ideally suited for branching scenarios. Online learners must
navigate situations that they might encounter in their real lives.
Every choice leads them down a different path, which results in a
specific outcome. Provide them with the necessary information
before the branching scenario. Online learners have the
opportunity to use their knowledge and skills to achieve the
desired outcome.

2. Emotionally Connect with Compelling Stories

One of the major drawbacks of case studies is that they lack

emotionality. Online learners aren't able to connect with the
eLearning content, which prevents them from fully engaging. You
can change this by framing your case study with a compelling plot
and eLearning characters. People can relate to stories that reach
them on an emotional level

3. Develop Interactive Online Presentations

Some online learners may need to see the case study in action. As
an example, a video demo that walks them through the eLearning
events, or puts the main issues into perspective. A historical case
study presentation may include an interactive timeline and
contextual backstory. Incorporate clickable hot spots that explore
different aspects of the situation

4. Turn Case Studies into Immersive eLearning Simulations

Most case studies conclude with a problem that online learners

must solve or discuss with their peers. Instead of just presenting
them with the challenge, you can give online learners the
opportunity to explore it on their own. This also helps online
learners’ step into the role so that they can feel the emotions
associated with the eLearning event.
5. Design A Story-Centered Serious Game

Serious games are engaging, interactive, and fun. In other words,

they are a perfect eLearning vehicle for your case study. Online
learners get the chance to progress through levels, find objects,
and earn points. Each stage of the serious game highlights a
different aspect of the trend or sequence of eLearning events

6. Produce A Character-Driven eLearning Video

Create a memorable eLearning character or use one who

personifies your case study. Then produce an engaging eLearning
video for them to star in. Character-driven videos improve
knowledge retention and recall, as online learners are able to go at
their own place.

7. Create an Image-Rich Infographic

Infographics are ideal complement for case studies, as they

provide a visual representation of the key facts and ideas. Integrate
images, graphs, and charts that illustrate the main takeaways of the
case study. You can also include timelines to highlight trends or
important eLearning events. There are a variety of stock photo
sites that feature royalty-free images for your infographic. Just
make sure that the visuals you choose are relatable and reflective
of the subject matter. Lastly, focus on a few core issues to avoid
cognitive overwhelm. You shouldn't illustrate every aspect of the
case study, but the most pertinent pieces of data.

online learning hurdles you should know:
1. Technical Difficulties
One of the issues in online learning is the need for strong and
stable bandwidth internet connections. Unfortunately, home
internet connections usually have lower bandwidth or sometimes
have exhausted their limits. As a result, it may be challenging to
log in for a class for students.

In some areas, the speed of the internet connection could be better.

It will take a lot of work to locate and watch the course video.
Apart from having a laptop or android mobile, having a reliable
internet connection is essential to continue online learning.

A more robust internet connection is required to attend the online

class, which is highly expensive for underprivileged students who
need a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet. But these devices are
not available cheaply, and they may be challenging to afford for
low-income students.
If a student faces any technical issues on a physical campus, they
might get help from the instructors. However, technical issues
disrupt online learning and make the process tedious.
2. Time Management Issues
Attending online learning for young or old individuals may need
helpwith time management.
Online learning is a boon for students with convenience and
flexibility. But having a lot of responsibilities at the same time can
be challenging to manage. Nevertheless, a survey found that most
students opt for online courses due to the flexibility and
convenience they provide.
They can attend the class anywhere without any physical
disturbances—more flexibility results in a lack of capacity to use
the given time. Time management is essential to balance school,
work, and personal responsibilities and hence quite challenging for
stude

3. Lack of Interaction with Peers and Instructors

Online learning involved expanding the boundaries of knowledge
during the pandemic. However, isolation and lack of interaction
are a couple of drawbacks for online students.
Some students may do well during isolation, but others may
struggle to be alone. On the other hand, there are many
opportunities for social interaction with peers and instructors in a
traditional class. Interaction promotes bonds between the students
and instructors, which may be one of the supportive attributes of
the students.

4. Difficulty Concentrating
Even though online learning provides joy and convenience, it also
comes with several distractions. Now a day, various digital
platforms such as videos, blogs, and social media are loaded with
more information. It is similar to smartphones and makes their
lives easy but difficult to concentrate.

How to Tackle Online Learning Challenges?

Here are 4 methods to tackle online learning challenges:

1. Establish a Routine and Schedule

Having a routine and schedule of time helps to stay disciplined
and focus on goals. If the students have busy schedules for 24
hours, they have to manage their routine tasks and times. They
should find time to be active and relax. Students can multitask to
manage time.
Students should list things to complete within the deadline and set
daily reminders. In addition, avoiding distractions from social
media, internet browsing, online gaming, etc., would help save
time to focus more on the given course.

2. Utilize Online Tools

Students can utilize online tools and have more autonomy in
making their schedule, and they can study whenever they feel
convenient. This helps them to have control over their schedule
and avoid distractions. You can encourage students to leverage
online learning tools to explore career advancement opportunities.

3. Create Opportunities for Interaction

The absence of their classmates to discuss a topic or their teacher
can make the students more frustrated. The instructors can
overcome this problem, Even teachers can offer classes through
face time.Interactive sessions can be conducted using polls, live
chat, games and more.

4. Find Motivation
Lack of motivation is one of the major disadvantages for online
learners. Students should be involved in positive talks, and this
behaviour may help to maintain their focus firmly. In addition,
instructors can compete with them and give rankings, prices, and
certificates. It will make them engage in studies better.
