Procedure
• Balamula Kwatha - 50g of Balamula and boiled in 800ml of water and reduced to
200ml.
• Shashtika Shali rice cooking: In 100ml of Balamula kwatha and 100 ml of milk, 50 g of
Shashtika rice should be added and boiled till it becomes thick and semisolid.
• The cooked rice put into piece of cotton cloth & make a pottali.
• Mix Face pack paste with left balamula kwath & dip pottali in it & apply gentally on face
by follow the facial pottali steps.
