RESOLUTION No.1 S-2024
“RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RE-ALIGNMENT OF SAVINGS FROM 2023
DEVELOPMENT FUND AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P100, 000.00) TO KALAHI AS LOCAL COUNTERPART CONTRIBUTION (LCC) IN
COMPLETION OF BARANGAY ROAD CONCRETING OF 0.15KM BARANGAY
ACCESS ROAD AT PUROK – 2 CALARAN.”
WHEREAS; Barangay Calaran is a recipient of Kalahi CIDSS NCDDP- AF program to
be funded by World Bank thru the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD);
WHEREAS; this barangay is one of the identified beneficiaries of the program
provided with the grant allocation amounting to Php 726, 804.00;
WHEREAS; the on-going implementation of the sub-project on Barangay Road
Concreting of 0.15km Barangay Access Road at Purok 2 is fall short of fund as there was
significant parts needed to be constructed and installed to make it functional: hence, this
realignment;
WHEREAS; this Body, upon the recommendation of the committee on Budget, Finance
and Appropriations in their committee report approves the realignment of the savings from 2023
Development Fund for the completion of Barangay Road Concreting of 0.15km amounting to
Php 726, 804. 00;
WHEREFORE; on motion of Kagawad Perla B. Baroro duly seconded unanimously,
be it;
NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, on
motion of KAG. PERLA B. BARORO duly seconded unanimously of the Sangguniang
Barangay of Calaran, Calamba, Misamis Occidental to re-align THE SAVINGS FROM THE
2023 DEVELOPMENT FUND AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P100, 000.00) TO KALAHI AS LOCAL COUNTERPART CONTRIBUTION IN
COMPLETION OF BARANGAY ROAD CONCRETING OF 0.15KM BARANGAY
ACCESS ROAD AT PUROK – 2 CALARAN.
