RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT TO ASADON’S TAILORING
FOR THE OF PURCHASE OF BASKETBALL UNIFORM.

WHEREAS, Brgy. Cabunga-an, Mercedes, Eastern Samar approved a certain amount from
10%- SK for the purchase of Basketball Uniform.
WHEREAS, part of the said allocation of 10% SK and the savings account amounting to
38,850.00 will be used for the purchase of Basketball Uniform.
WHEREAS, Section 10 of RA 9184 and section 10 rule IV of its revised implementing rules and
regulations mandated that all procurements shall be done through competitive bidding, except
as provided in Article XVL of implementing rules and regulations;
WHERERAS, Brgy. Cabunga-an through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC) invited eligible
bidders by posting invitation to bid as well as by posting the same in three conspicuous places
in the barangay session hall;
WHEREAS, after compliance with all the requirements set forth under the law, a competitive
bidding for purchase of basketball uniform was held last June 4, 2024, at the barangay session
hall.

WHEREAS, the Bids & Awards Committee after a thorough evaluation and deliberation finds
ASADON’S TAILORING as the lowest complying bid to the Brgy. Cabunga-an.
NOW THEREFORE, the BAC for procurement of Purchased of office and sports supplies
hereby resolved to recommend ASADON’S TAILORING having the lowest responsive
calculated bid in the amount of thirty-eight thousand eight hundred fifty.
