AthLEAN-X has fast become the workout program that is relied upon by those

AthLEAN you will get a chance to see all these same AX training principles in
AXTION except this time with just your body at your disposal.

The “EMPTY ROOM” Challenge!

In just 10 minutes you are going to put yourself through a torturous test that
will have you questioning whether you REALLY wanted a purely bodyweight
workout option with AthLEAN-X in the first place.

And that’s exactly what it can be. If you are sadistically inclined, you can opt to
put this workout into your Tuesday / Thursday AthLEAN-X Burst Training
options. That means, if at any point on a scheduled conditioning day within the
next 90 days, you want to put yourself to the ultimate bodyweight only
test…then you are welcome to do so with this quick but incredibly effective 10
minute workout.

If, on the other hand, you’re looking to simply take the challenge ONCE (to see
where you stack up)…then you may do so at any point. The rules for scoring
will be detailed in the section below. And as always, you may always RETEST at
a later point to monitor your objective strength and conditioning progress!

Finally, if none of those purposes fit your intentions, perhaps you can have a
plain old AthLEAN-X Throwdown and pit your physical abilities against one of
your friends in a good old fashioned EMPTY ROOM CHALLENGE! Whoever’s
score is higher (and can walk out of the room on their own two feet) is declared
the winner!

The “EMPTY ROOM” Challenge!

YOUR CHALLENGE: Complete each of the following exercises in order for 1 minute
straight for as many reps possible without resting!

YOUR SCORE: Count your total number of reps and add them up to determine your “X”
factor.

YOUR GOAL: Besides the obvious of making it through this workout in one piece... strive to
put up your best “X” factor total while performing each exercise in good form. Use this
number as your number to beat on every future attempt as you compete against yourself...
or use this number to pit your fitness level against that of your buddies. Hey, there’s
nothing like a little friendly competition now is there?
