PRAYER FOR EVERY DAY
Most Pure Mother of Jesus and ours,
sweet and loving Heavenly Shepherd,
that you wanted to come to us to console us,
today with all our love and gratitude we ask you
give us the grace to always walk in the ways of God,
and, through your powerful intercession, ensure that we are free
from present sadness; Pray in our name to the Lord, Father of
generosity, to help us overcome differences and conflicts so that
love reigns in our homes.
Blessed Lady, faithful Shepherd of our souls, ensure that we enjoy
the health of the body, the peace of the mind and the happiness of
the heart, so as to grow in the faith and love of your Son, Jesus.
Glorious Mary Pastor, come into our souls, we want to have you by
our side, and constantly feel your beneficent and protective gaze on
us.

FIRST DAY
MARY MOTHER DISCIPLE
READING: “And blessed is she who believed that the things that
have been told to her from the Lord will be fulfilled” Lc. 1,45
REFLECTION: And when we ask ourselves what it means to be a
“disciple,” our gaze quickly turns to the virgin. The word of God is
shown in the disciple's own attitudes: listen, meditate, share life,
follow the teacher. And like little shepherds. What are the attitudes
with which we listen to and follow Jesus the Good Shepherd?

SECOND DAY
MARY MISSIONARY MOTHER
READING: “Then he says to the disciple: here is your mother. and
from that hour the disciple took her into his company.” Jn 19, 27.
REFLECTION: Mary is a model of the humble servants loved by
God (Lk 1, 52). This closeness of body and heart will take her to the
cross: she will stand there with her soul pierced by confident pain.
There he received the commission from Jesus; to take care of all the
disciples represented in the figure of the apostle John: Behold your
son.”

THIRD DAY
MARY MOTHER OF THE CHURCH
READING: “Mary said: Behold, I am the slave of the Lord, let it be
done to me according to your word, and the angel departed from
her” Lk 1, 38.
REFLECTION: “the virgin embodies this project. She is a “model
of new humanity.” That is why the church and every Christian wants
to be like Mary. Her immaculate health, her virginal consecration to
God. His closeness in body and soul to his resurrected and exalted
son clearly indicate the path of the Christian life. She is the highest
realization of the Gospel.

FOURTH DAY
MARY MOTHER
READING: “In those days, Mary got up and hurried to the
mountain, to a city in Judah, and entered the house of Zechariah and
greeted Elizabeth. And it came to pass, when Elizabeth heard Mary's
greeting, that the child in her womb leaped for joy, and Elizabeth
was filled with the Holy Spirit. Luke, 1, 39-41
REFLECTION: We then see that Mary makes a trip to reach
Elizabeth, that is, she becomes close to her relative's specific need.
We also see that during her visit she brings Someone else: Jesus, a
reason for joy for others. Are we attentive to the passage of Jesus in
the events of life?

FIFTH DAY
MARY MOTHER AND TEACHER OF PRAYER
READING: “They went up to the upper room” and there “they
continued in prayer, with the same spirit” Acts 1, 13-14.
REFLECTION: Mary, the mother of the Lord, is among us. Today
it is she who guides our meditation; she teaches us to pray. It is she
who shows us the way to open our minds and our hearts with the
strength of the Holy Spirit, who comes to be communicated to the
entire world. Do I allow myself to be guided and enlightened in
prayer by the Spirit?

SIXTH DAY
MARY MOTHER OF THE INCARNATE WORD
READING: “She who kept all these memories and meditated on
them in her heart” Lk 2, 19.
REFLECTION: Mary teaches us the primacy of listening to the
word in the life of the disciple. It is thus revealed that in it the word
of God is truly in his house, from where it leaves and enters
naturally "do we listen and pray with the word, with life and from
our neighbors?"

SEVENTH DAY
MARIA MOTHER ANTENTA
READING: “It happened that the wine prepared for the wedding
ran out, and they were left without wine. Then Jesus' mother said to
him, "They have no wine." Jesus answered her: «What do you want
from me, Woman? My time has not yet come.
But his mother said to the servants, "Do whatever he tells you."
REFLECTION: Mary is the Divine Shepherd who shepherds souls,
the co-redeemer who redeems them, the Mediatrix of graces. All the
gifts that humanity received and receives were and are received

neighbors?

EIGHTH DAY
MARY HUMBLE MOTHER
READING: " And Mary said: «My soul magnifies the Lord. and my
spirit rejoices in God my savior, because he has set his eyes on the
humility of his slave, so from now on all generations will call me
blessed, because the Mighty One has done wonders for me, holy is
his name and his mercy. It reaches from generation to generation
those who fear it. He displayed the strength of his arm, he scattered
those who are proud in their own hearts. He brought down the
potentates from their thrones and exalted the humble. He filled the
hungry with good things and sent the rich away with nothing. He
welcomed Israel, his servant, remembering the mercy he had
announced to our fathers - in favor of Abraham and his descendants
forever. Mary stayed with her for about three months, and returned
home." Lk 1, 46,55
REFLECTION: How much humility in Mary! She recognizes that
everything is a gift of God's goodness. Be grateful for the gift
received and go without delay to meet those most in need.

NINTH DAY
MARY MOTHER OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD
READING: “ The angel came to her and said:
I salute you, you who have received the favor of God! The Lord is
with you. At these words, Mary was disturbed, and wondered what
this greeting could mean. Don't be afraid, Maria; “God has granted
you his favor,” the angel told him. You will become pregnant and
give birth to a son, and you will name him Jesus. Luke 1, 26, 31
REFLECTION: “Have a big heart and you will do great good in
imitation of Mary, who followed Jesus, giving herself completely”

FINAL PRAYER
Blessed Virgin Mary, mother of God and our mother, our lady the
Divine Shepherdess; We thank you for your immense mercy, we
thank you because with humility you intercede for each one of us
and help us in each of our needs.
Thank you for carrying your son Jesus, our savior, in your womb;
Thank you for saying yes to Father God, so that he could do his will
in you, thank you mother because you teach us to be humble,
obedient, as you did. Thank you for teaching us to be shepherds of
our family and in our community.
Help us holy mother to follow your footprint, to follow your
example so that, with your help and intersection, we can also show
those most in need a humble heart and give them a smile from the
depths of our being.
Divine shepherdess, illuminate our walk, divine shepherdess guide
us towards your Son Jesus, you are the path that leads us to him, that
