Thank you for giving us the opportunity to introduce HASAD Co (Pest Control Section). Our technicians are
highly trained professionals that use only approved products that are safe around your employees. We stop all pest and

using the latest chemicals and equipment's to ensure an effective and total pest control in any given premises to the
customer best satisfaction. We can successfully get rid of pest from Homes, Palaces, Supermarkets, Government
Institutions, Hospitals, Hotels, restaurants bars, fast-food chain, Educational Institutions, Industrial warehouses,
Processing plants, non-food storage building, factories, & warehouses. Our target is to eliminate insects and to
maintain safety environment by using harmless substances, with great effect against insects and to provide our clients
with the highest level of pest control services in cost effectiveness that minimizes risk potential and delivers the
highest level of customer satisfaction.

Program of Work:
• We treat the German and American cockroaches, rodents, ants, bedbugs, beetles, flying insects, flies, fleas and
mosquitoes & any other crawling or flying insects in need of control.
• We bait special granular/components for reptiles.
• Application of Residual Pesticides on common areas and spot treatment on identified areas such as drains, culverts,
septic tank, etc.
• Perform mosquito & fly control which shall include, but not limited to, identification of common dipterans, surveying
designated to locations in order to assess the population levels of adult flies & mosquitoes searching for and recognition
of potential breeding areas within your areas and undertaking various control methods.
• Previous coordination with the second party regarding schedule with the approval of both parties for pest control timing.
• Survey and control of a stray cats, dogs and any other type of animals will be undertaken on regular basis. Control
method use by trapping. The trap cat or dogs will be release far away from site.
Chemical Specification:
• All chemical used by HASAD are approved by:
• (EPA)Environmental protection administration.
• (WHO)World Health Organization.
• (FDA)Food & Drugs Administration
• Saudi Arabian Health Authorities.
• Chemicals are made for specific types of insects and are changed periodically to combat resistance.
• We are using chemicals with a slight smell & chemical with no smell. We use either at the client's discretion
• All chemicals are mixed to manufacturers recommendations.

Note:
• Non chemical methods are used in sensitive areas to prevent any allergic reactions or casualties.
Pest Control Personnel:
• HASAD Co Pest Control Team are highly trained & experienced of technical supervisor & operators.
• They are courteous, polite & trustworthy at all times.
• When they have completed a schedule service. They carry all the necessary papers, worksheets, receipt book,
timesheet etc.
Pest Control Equipment's:
• We used the latest technologies, chemicals and equipment's to ensure an effective and total pest control in any given

Cost of Service:
• Cost for all these excellent services from HASAD are in details respectively.
• All HASAD services will be carried out during weekdays, Saturday to Friday at any time.
