Hi,

Am I speaking to CX NAME__?

Great, Hi CX, we have received an enquiry on your end that you’re looking for placement
opportunities in IT and need assistance regarding it right?

My name is Uday senior career counsellor / product expert / program expert from Careerpedia. I just
wanted to get a proper understanding about the same so I can help you regarding that. Can I know a
bit about your profile so I can give a clarity on what you are looking for or what is better for your
profile? We do not need to make this formal. Let us keep it simple in terms of conversation (can be
used for people who are feeling un comfortable)

PROFILE Discussion

Priority points to look at before confirming about the processes

1. Educational and family background.

2. Paying capacity
3. How did he get to know about Careerpedia?
4. Why this domain? (Understanding if he had a precise interest and asking why he is looking
for the same. If not particular about the job we need to understand what is going to be
better for him.)
5. Lead Source
6. Locality

Brand Pitching

Generally, what do you think Careerpedia does?

CX says something random…

Ok, we are not some kind of training institution or course provision platform like the ones you find in
Ameerpet or Kukatpally. We operate quite different from other so-called companies or educational
institutions. We do have a company called INK PROG Technologies Private Limited. The point is that
we give apprenticeship from this company where he can learn to work in Live-Industry level projects.
Now unlike other companies we are not giving random projects but you are gaining a proper
experience hence being able to showcase your skillset once you try to enter the competitive market.

Let’s take a example now. If you and I are both from the same background with all the percentage
and work experience being same interviewing for (the course they are looking for), what do you
think will be the consideration factor for the HR? Why should one be hired over the other?

Here, instead of taking students, we take them as trainees. For example, if you want to learn web
designing, you will be considered as a web design trainee. And you will be allocated to a working
professional who is working on that domain. That working professional will guide and help you learn
how to work on tools and technologies daily in real-time. This is completely a real-time project-
oriented training. This is not a course; it is a program called apprenticeship. Here, you're going to get
a program completion certificate and a project experience certificate as you’re going to work on one
real-time project.
Now take the example we considered. If I were to be a person who is having the same skills as you,
portrayal of these skillsets in the form of real-time projects and portfolio enhancement is major
criteria.

Now you can tell me, what could be the reason for you to not get a job through this kind of
opportunity? Post-completion of the program, we will again help you with placement opportunities.
Till now, we do have 300+ success stories and a 95% success ratio. Many people like ___________
got trained here and were placed within 6 months of time.

For further understanding what we can do is that we can have a video call where I can give a much
clear clarity on the admission processes, syllabus, or any specific doubts that you hold now with the
decision maker’s presence as well.

I generally am open at x & y slots. Do you think this would be a good time to connect?

Cx either says yes or says something like I will check the brochure or will get back once confirmed

(You can say that he/she can gather more information through the demo, if possible, to connect on
the same day.

If the learner adamant and said he/she is not available, we can ask them to provide a comfortable
time and let them know that you will get back to them. This way the learner won’t have the authority
of the call.)
