Introduction to the itinerary

Travel itinerary for the Williams family all the travel plans, activities, flights, accommodation and
transport will be included
Day 1 Northwest
Assuming they will arrive in Johannesburg in the morning around 5am in South Africa they will find a
shuttle waiting for them to go to hartbeesport and start their day by heading to the hartbeesport aerial
cableway. Enjoy scenic ride up the mountain in a cable car, taking in breath taking views of the
surrounding landscape. Spend the sometime exploring the top of the mountain where you can find
various walking trails, viewpoints, and even a restaurant
After descending from cableway make your way to hartbeesport dam find a cozy sport along the dam
shoreline and set up your picnic. Enjoy a leisurely lunch while admiring the tranquil waters and the
beautiful scenery will organize a picnic necessities for you. Once you finish picnic you will on a cruise
tour this will give you a chance to get out on the water, relax and soak up the sunshine
As the evening approaches head to the little Paris for dinner, this charming restaurant offers a cozy and
romantic atmosphere, with a menu inspired by French cuisine. Indulge in delicious dishes like escargots
or crème brulee paired with a fine selection of wine
After a delightful dinner take a leisurely stroll around the area surrounding little Paris take some to
explore and perhaps find unique treasures
End your day in hartebeesport by heading back to the booked accommodation and rest for tomorrow
Day2
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the lodge fuel up the exciting day ahead
After breakfast parents will head to the nearby game reserve for a thrilling game driving experience. The
guided tour will let you sport a variety of wildlife including lions, elephants, and rhinos and more enjoy
the beauty of nature and get up close to some pf Africa’s most majestic creatures
While the parents are on a game drive the kids will do exciting horseback safari, kids can enjoy the
horseback while exploring the safari
After the game drive and horseback safari, reconvene as a family for a relaxing lunch at a nearby
restaurant
After the lunch go do full body massage at the safari spa indulge yourself in a massage to relieve any
tension and unwind from day activity
Once refreshed and relaxed head to hartbeespoort airport for your flight to Mpumalanga
Day 3
Have breakfast at the accommodation
At 9 begin a half day tour of the panorama route, visiting attractionslike god’s window, Bourke luck
potholes and the three rondavels
At 12 pm enjoy leisurely lunch at a restaurant along panorama route
Afternoon at 2pm parents go experience elephant whisper encounter at an elephant sanctuary
Kids visit the casterbridge cinema for a family friendly movie and snacks
At 4pm: reunite as family and visit chimp Eden
At 6pm: have a delicious dinner at a restaurant near chap Eden
Return to the accommodation to relax
Day4
Depart from the accommodation in Mpumalanga
At 9am: visit Graskop Gorge and explore the breath and walkaways
At11 am: Travel to hazy view, a town known for its proximity to the Kruger national park
At 2pm: visit God’s window, a stunning viewpoint offering panoramic views of the lowveld
Evening catch a flight to Eastern Cape
Day5
Enjoy breakfast at a booked hotel
Kids head to the valley crag indoor climbing for a fun filled climbing experience
Parents will visit the beer yard for a tasting of local craft beer s
Afternoon meet as a family and proceed to van stadens wild flower reserve to admire the beautiful
wildflower and explore the natural surroundings
Later head to Homewood beach for a refreshing swimming sessions and relaxation by the beach
Go to the nearby restaurant for a delicious dinner where you can savor local cuisine and enjoy quality
time as a family
Day6
Explore Grahamstown in the morning after breakfast taking in the town’s historical buildings and
charming atmosphere
Visit the amazwi South African museum of literature to learn about the country’s rich literary heritage
and the works of renowned authors and poets
Arrive at addo national park and enjoy the relaxing and nearby attraction options
Day7
• In the morning the Father will go to royal golf club and play golf and relax with other men for an
hour while the mom and the kids will do shipwreck hiking and canoe trails where the father will
meet them
• At around half 9am the mom and the father will go to cesti la vie restaurant for breakfast while
the kids will have theirs at the hotel
• And then after breakfast they all going to have their family time for 2hours before they go on a
flight to Pretoria
Day8
After breakfast at the booked accommodation in Pretoria they going to Clay café to enjoy a creative and
fun panting experience where you can decorate your own ceramic peaces
Take gautrain to Midrand and head to mall of africa and do shopping and go to kyalami
for an exhilarating helicopter rides enjoy breathtaking aerial view of the sorrounding area
as you soar through the skies
End the day by wrapping it by going to timesquare casino for the end of the day
entertainment and eat dinner at the casino
Day 9
Go to sabdton and go to soweto towers ridgestone and monte casino from sabdton and enjoy the
bunjee jump of soweto towers and enjoy the rest
In conclusion the labelled content on my excel document shows everything that they going to do or use
beside the activities and accommodation which include the nanny,transport ,extra snacks , alcohol and
snacks they have their own separate budge
