Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our
team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and
interpersonal skills and have a strong understanding of business development platforms
such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others. This role is crucial for identifying new business
opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential
clients and business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to attract new
clients and expand our customer base.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
relationships with clients. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account
management matters.
Platform Expertise: Utilize platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others to find new
business opportunities and manage client interactions.
Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales
contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our
offerings meet the needs of the market. Collaborate with internal teams to address
client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on business
development activities. Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions
to improve business strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients,
stakeholders, and team members both verbally and in writing.
Good Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and work
collaboratively with diverse teams.
Ahmedabad Residents Only: Candidates must be residents of Ahmedabad or willing
to relocate.
Platform Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with Fiverr, Upwork, and other
business development platforms.
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing,
or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant
business tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business
opportunities and challenges.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to achieving business
goals.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle
multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
