Day 1
March 11, 2024
On the first day of my Immersion, I’m so excited but little bit nervous. I and my Classmates
arrived at 6:00 in the morning at the Municipal Gymnasium, attending the Orientation
Program at exactly 7:58 AM the program has started, After the program we were divided
into offices and I was among those who would go to the office of the Engineering and
introduce us to who will be ours Supervisor. Onwards our supervisor oriented us on the rules
and regulations and on the job that will assign to us for our 10 days of immersion. Then we
were given a job each, and then we were given a snack after work. When we returned in the
afternoon, we have cleaned those whom we have not cleaned. When we were clean we rested
until we went home.
Day 2
March 12, 2024
I came into the office at exactly 6:00 in the morning. I’m presentable when wearing my
school uniform. When when our supervisor arrived; we were taken to the newly built
municipality to show us where the new engineering office and the other offices are. Before
we went back to the old office to rest, we took a picture. When we came back in the
afternoon, they still cleaned the clutter in the office and then gave us a snack. The second
day, I was happy and excited for more fun in the department of engineering.
Day 3
March 13, 2024
I came into the office at exactly 6:30 in the morning. When I arrived, I immediately took the
logbook for attendance. Around 8 O’clock in the morning. Our supervisor gathered us again.
Then he told that to get notebooks and pens. We were called to go to the engineering waiting
area. When we are complete. The lecture started and we were taught how to properly handle
tools and properly mix cement with water. We were also taught how to cut nails and the most
important thing I learned there was to be careful in everything we do to avoid accidents.
Day 4
March 14, 2024
On the fourth day of our work impression. Our supervisor arrived just a few moments. When
the office was open, of course I was kind, so I immediately took the broom and cleaned the
entire office. Everyone is happy and finally we can rest. Because there is no the assign
engineer so we have no work. but I realized that it would be better if I had a job so that I
could learn a lot. All afternoon we just laughed and talked about what we learned and our
expectations in the engineering office.
Day 5
March 15, 2024
On our day 5 of work immersion, It was about 8:00 in the morning and when we went to the
New Municipality to clean again and memorize every part of it. When we came back in the
afternoon, they just rested us for a few minutes and included us in the new construction of the
gym and they said we would play basketball and the worst part of it was that we had to beat
them.
Day 6
March 19, 2024
On the 6 day of our work immersion. I am happy because I have survived 40 hours of our
work immersion. we were asked to help push broken tires of the Dumstruck and Bako.
Admittedly tired but you are not allowed to complain because that is part of my job and as a
immersionist you have to be hardworking and humble every time because you are dealing
with elders. It was time to go home and we logged out before going home and properly said
goodbye to our supervisor. See you tomorrow again!!!
Day 7
March 22, 2024
Again we cleaned around the Gymnasium, up to the road and burned the garbage. On our 7
days of work immersion. After our morning work we have rested and Wow! It's really fun in
the engineering department because there's always a snack.
In the afternoon came and we all went to the Gymnasium. Then I ask my classmate then he
Lets go to Zumba dance. Remember I'm shy but I can handle it because I want to learned
more things about it. See Again tomorrow.
Day 8
March 25, 2024
On the 8th day of our work immersion, Our supervisor told us to rest while we wait for the
Dumtrack because what we are going to lift is heavy so we need enough strength. So I
thought about what we should do. It was about 1:33 AM when the Dumtrack arrived so we
were told to have lunch first so we could come back early. Until it was late afternoon and
everyone went home but of course they couldn't forget to log out before going home. See you
tomorrow engineering department.
Day 9
March 26, 2024
On the 9 days of our work immersion, After that we all instructed that we are going to the
terminal to destroy the houses of the sellers. until the afternoon arrived and we went to the
parking lot of the Bako and Dumtrack and we arranged the broken tires, then we rested and
waited for go home. See you tomorrow for the last day of our work immersion.
Day 10
March 27, 2024
On the 10 days of our work immersion, about 7AM returned to the Terminal and again
finished the destruction of the Houses selling vendors there. In the afternoon, we threw away
the wood, bamboo and garbage of the vendors at the terminal. Yes its finally over thank You
God for the Safety that you give to me.
