After informed consent patient underwent TARE II on 13/04/2024. Under local anesthesia, under ultrasound /
fluoroscopy guidance, 5fr short sheath in right CFA with microcath and wire into segment VIII, Segment 5 and sub
segmental VI arteries are cannulated and therapies and ministered from the site decided in TARE - I. No complication
seen.

Interventional radiology team review was done on 14/04/2024 on ultrasound puncture site is unremarkable, no
evidence of pseudoaneurysm, no hematoma seen.

During the hospital stay, he was managed with intravenous antibiotics, and other appropriate measures. Patient & his
family were well counselled regarding the disease condition. Now, he is being discharged in stable condition with
