TENANCY AGREEMENT

This agreement is made at the Town of Mim between Esther Fordjour


(hereinafter called Landlady/owner) and Theresah Fosuaa (hereinafter
called Tenant) and both parties have agreed as follows:

1. That the Landlady herein has rented off a storeroom in the above town
to the Tenant to hire for a period of two (2) years.

2. That the landlady has received rent advance of TWO THOUSAND,


FOUR HUNDRED GHANA CEDIS (GH¢2,400.00) from the Tenant
in respect of the said storeroom at a period of two (2) years from 1 st
March, 2024 to 1st March, 2026.

3. That the rent payable per month is One Hundred Ghana cedis (Gh
¢100.00)

4. That the landlady has agreed not to increase the rent advance until it
expires.

5. That the Tenant has no right to sublet or give the storeroom to anyone
without the consent and approval of the store owner
