APARTMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. RENTAL PAYMENT - Rent is due on or before the first day he/she


enters the apartment.

2. PARTIES AND EXCESSIVE NOISE – Be forewarned: The owner will


enforce all Lease provisions with regard to excessive noise and parties.
You are bound by your lease to be responsible for the behavior of your
guests and to respect the rights of the other tenants. After 10:00 pm is
considered quiet time. If you may have a party, all parties must be
within your apartment, and not spill out into the hallways and/or
common areas. Again, you are responsible for the behavior of yourself
and your guests. If a party is too big, uncontrollable, or disturbing the
others, the owner will shut it down. Any violations of the party and the
noise provision of the lease will result in warnings to the tenants.
Likewise, if you find that you are disturbed or bothered by the behavior
of other tenants, and you have failed in your attempts to remedy the
situation, please contact the owner.

3. ILLEGAL USE OF PREMISES –All residents agree not to engage in or


permit unlawful activities. This includes illegal drug-related activities in
the apartment.
4. GARBAGE – All tenants are responsible for disposing of their garbage
properly. The TENANT shall observe cleanliness as long as they are
occupied by the said unit.

5. LITTERING –Residents and guests shall not litter the common areas.

6. KEYS – The tenants will pay the expenses for the key duplication if
they will lose it.

7. SMOKE DETECTORS –All smoke detectors have been checked to


ensure that they are working when a tenancy begins. Residents agree to
notify the owner in the event there is any problem with either the
smoke detector. In the event that we find a smoke detector vandalized,
or removed, the tenants will be charged by P700.00 plus the cost of the
materials for putting the smoke detector back into working order.
Smoke detectors and other fire safety equipment are provided for your
safety as well as the safety of others.

8. SMOKING –Smoking Inside the room is strictly prohibited.

9. PET POLICY –Pets are not allowed in the apartment to maintain the
cleanliness.

10. LOSSES OF PERSONAL PROPERTY –The owner are not liable for any
loss of personal property inside the apartment.

11. SALES & SOLICITING –All sales and soliciting are strictly prohibited.
12. DAMAGE TO THE APARTMENT – Do not flush tissue paper, napkins,
cigarette butts, or cotton buds into the bowl. It can cause problems in
the toilet system. Do not leave your wasted food in the wash basin, it
can cause clog. Tenants will be strictly held responsible for damages in
all parts of the apartment caused by improper use.

13. VANDALISM AND HAMMERING THE WALLS is strictly prohibited.

14. CHANGES TO RULES AND REGULATIONS –The owner reserves the


right to change and/or amend these rules and regulations.
