Dear Presbyter-In-Charge,
Greetings in the Holy name of Lord Jesus Christ.
It gives me great pleasure to invite you and your church’s Cricket Team, to the St. Michael and All
Angels Church Day & Night Cricket Tournament to be held on the 15th, 16th, 22nd & 23rd days of June
2024 at SOP ARENA, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The entry fee for the tournament is Rs.
12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) Per Team payable in cash/UPI, 10 days prior to the
Tournament and Fellowship.
We look forward to your parish’s active participation in this tournament where we seek to glorify God
and build Brotherhood through Sports and Fellowship.
The Entry Form and Rules governing the Event are enclosed in the Annexure. Kindly uphold the

RULES AND REGULATAION
• Each game would be 20 Overs per innings.
• Each team will have 11 playing members and 3 extras.
• Each Bowler to bowl a maximum of 4 Overs Only.
• Free Hit for a No Ball Rule Applicable.
• Each Team to have a Coloured Official Team Jersey. No Whites Allowed.
• All Matches would be officiated by Neutral Umpires and their decision would be
deemed final.
• The Tournament is open for Christians only. Any Team found guilty of fielding a
Non-Christian player shall be disqualified immediately. However, In Case of a
church being unable to field 11 fully fit players from their own parish, They are
allowed to field 2 Christian Players from other church/denomination. The said
players must be endorsed by the Church Presbyter.
• All Proof of membership authenticity i.e., Baptism, Confirmation Certificates are
to be submitted along with the Registration Form and Fee at the Captain’s
Meeting on the 1st of June 2024.
• The reporting time at the Venue is 30 Minutes prior to the stipulated start time of
the match. Any failure to do so may result in disqualification or deduction in
overs. The tournament fee shall be forfeited in this case.
• All members are requested to maintain the true sense of Christian Decorum and
any use of foul language or any act of violence shall be deemed unfit and may
result in disqualification.
• Entry Fee for the tournament is Rs. 12,000/-, payable in cash or UPI.
